Robert PThis review is for Uhaul corp. website , not pickup location. The website asks where you are going and what you are pulling trailer with. Than 24 hours later they tell you the closest trailer for 1 way is 2 hours away. Why could they not be up front and honest from the beginning? I could of bought my own trailer for a couple hundred more if I knew what i was dealing with. Than we returned trailer 2 days early and I thought I'd get a credit for the 2 days. nope, I should of kept trailer until it was due to be returned.

James GFor one, the location just parking trucks on the side of the shopping plaza blocking businesses, and making the area look junky is sad. No organization, not clean, truck ran like it was going to blow up. I doubt I’ll ever use Uhaul again after this experience. Motor needs a massive tune up. I know plenty about motors and this truck motor has had it.

Justin CMy reservation was made for 7:00am. I was told the day before that this location doesn’t support self pick up and that it was rescheduled to 7:30. The location is in some ghetto plaza inside a shitty mini mart and the guy didn’t get there until after 8:00. I was there waiting in this place for over half an hour near some homeless guy using lighter fluid to set stuff on fire while movers, that cost $150/hr, were just waiting at my house for me to show up with the truck. Then he didn’t even have all the equipment I asked for, nor was the truck ready with what he did have when I got there. The truck had a check engine light on when I got it and the cup holders were broken. Also the guy was kind of a prick.

Carlos AThe truck was very old (over $100,000 miles), I wasn't sure the engine was going to make it for my local use and the shocks/suspension were non-existent. The people running the u-haul operation were part of the convenience store business and were very difficult to understand (they kept speaking a different language to each other which makes customers think they are making fun of customers or trying to rip them off. They did not explain that the truck needed to be returned at the fuel level indicated and the fuel gauge level indicated on the paper was higher than what the actual fuel level was. They wanted to charge me $80 for the fuel (which is the cost of about 26 gallons) when I only drove 54 miles. I know the trucks aren 't fuel efficient, but I'm pretty sure they do better than 2 miles/gallon. I went and put $25 of gas in there to get it to the level they said it needed to be at, but that's a big difference than the $80 they were going to charge me, plus it cost me another $7 to drive the extra miles to get the gas. The check out time (including the time to get the extra gas) was nearly an hour and they were having much trouble trying to print me a receipt. Do not rent from this place...they give U-haul a bad name.
