Elbin AClean the trucks and preform required maintenance. The trailer blew out a tire on the interstate which could have caused a horrible accident. Lack of maintenance caused time and stress and frustration which most likely could have been prevented.

Athena WThe office is in a Bodega-type store, and it is run by a father and a 14-year-old son. The son handled my rental transaction, and it made me concerned that an underage person was doing this. He barely spoke English! Obviously, he knew what he was doing, getting me set up, but I was still concerned about any legalities. I will need a truck again at the end of August, and I'm going to make a point to work with the adult in the room!!!

FRANCIS MI can't say whether or not the personnel was helpful because we did not see or talk to any personnel. We used the app & parked the truck & used the drop box. There needs to be an N/A choice for that question. In general, the whole truck rental process was great - very easy & convenient.
