DANIEL MThe truck didn't have air conditioning It ran poorly When calling for service to discuss my problem, there was no answer. When I brought the truck back and told the worker, I was given a $10 discount. That was unacceptable and poor service, in my opinion. No one called thru the day to follow up either. I would choose another company in the future.

RAFAEL MThe inside of the truck and cab was a little dirty possibly from age , no biggy .. the gentleman at the storage unit , upon me turning in the truck told me I had a gas charge which increased my total by $10 . When I calmly asked ask what was the up charge for he said gas I pulled out the contact and showed how the gas was correct based off the contract , he then asked if I had a receipt showing I put gas in it I say no I didn’t pay with a card besides this never happened and I use uhaul a ton. His uncertainty was what made my experience bad, whether I had a receipt or not the gas when I returned it was in the same spot it wpukent have changed what’s visible on the odometer! His words were it went down a tab .. i don’t appreciate being scolded like that and having to be questioned about what is visible (gas reading ) then

DONALD SThe truck was not clean inside so we had to clean up the prior person’s plastic plant leaves that were everywhere.
Michael WThe store didn’t explain the process too well, I ordered a dolly and blankets and wanted to pick it up at 7:00 am, well I got there at 7 and no dolly or no blanket and he failed to explain to me the elaborate process to get the lock box code. I figured it out but still had to manage without the extra tools. I called the after hour number and that was a total waste.

Harry BI am very disappointed with this rental. There was no transparency about the fees. I was only told I’d be charged $1 for extra miles I put gas and was charged for gas so I need that refunded. My car broke down, called the location let them know we were running late, they charged me $40 for extra day. This is outrageous! I’m charged 108 dollars extra

Richard WReserved a van for 2/23/24 9am ...No one was at the office when we got there and did not show up until 10am. That is very inconvenient when your are operating on a time schedule. When we called the office number no one answered and when we called the emergency number no one answered.....nor did anyone respond EVER to say what the problem was VERY INCONVENIENT I
