How U-Haul Reviews WorkI did not drop my truck at this location because my reservation had me dropping off in Mandarin,Fl which I did. Since I was given the keys to the wrong vehicle it appears that I went over my alloted mileage and did not return it to the correct location.

Check-in and check-out were very prompt during business hours, the facility was clean, and there were no issues at all. The truck was very new and in excellent condition. I also used their helper service, which was a great experience—they helped us find the right contractors to assist with our move. Overall, I highly recommend this U-Haul location!
