The Apopka Self Storage location made the whole rental process very easy. Check-in and check-out were very prompt during business hours, the facility was clean, and there were no issues at all. The truck was very new and in excellent condition. I also used their helper service, which was a great experience—they helped us find the right contractors to assist with our move. Overall, I highly recommend this U-Haul location!
Rick WWhen I picked up the vehicle it said “engine oil low” “add oil” when I left the lot, so I had to buy a quart of oil so I didn’t damage the engine and was responsible for that. My reservation was already 30 minutes late because no one was at the location at the predetermined pick up time. The driver door wouldn’t shut without a concerted effort and the vehicle needs a front end alignment because it was pulling to the right significantly. My rental agent was very polite and responded to all of my requests and needs. Overall it was a good experience for my daughter’s college move in rental experience.
edward eI dont think it is right that I reserved online with a "Total due at pick up" of $49 and when i get there he told me I had to pay $77. Fix your website!!!!!!!
