This was partially my fault, but the location failed to process my drop-off for two days. The trailer was dropped off by my brother-in-law on Sat. 5/30 and the employee sent me the link to upload pictures of the dropped-off trailer to complete the drop-off and close the rental. The employee didn't tell my brother-in-law about the link or that it expired when they spoke. The link itself didn't say that it expired either. The link expired before I could get to the drop-off location and take the pictures. The employee was very helpful and told me he would make sure the manager processed the drop-off when he came in on Monday 6/1. The drop-off was never processed and I received a call today 6/3 asking if I still had the trailer. I explained it had been dropped-off on Sat 5/30 and the caller apologized and said she would take care of it. I see now that the rental finally closed. Improvements would be better communication to the customer on drop-off procedures.
