The clip for the trailer was not provided. We had to use a wire. The trailer had a low tire when picked up the trailer. The next day the tire was flat took it back and the dealer made us take off the lot and call roadside assistance. They had other trailers there.Jane N.
The equipment was clean and for the most part well maintained. But the drivers side mirror was loose and swiveled so it could not be adjusted. Your U Haul rep tightened it so it worked, but when I got on the road I realized the arm holding the mirror was also loose so I was constantly having to push the arm out to keep the mirrors usable. I forgot to mention this when I dropped the truck off.KENNETH M.

I reserved a 15 foot truck at APR uhaul on walnut in Enid Oklahoma 12 days in advance and was quoted $100 for the truck and .80 a mile with the first 30 miles free and since I was returning the truck same day they were going to charge me .40 a mile. Went to get the truck at 8am Saturday morning and the guy was 15 minutes late for work, the whole time he was doing my contract was sucking on a vape pen, I can deal with that just get me the keys. Got my bill email they charged me 1.09 a mile for the entire mileage. I called and was told they would get back with me. They did. Informed me that on Saturday the .80 goes to 1.09 and I was charged for an in town truck at 1.09 a mile. And they didn't know who I had talked to ,which has to be BS, but the charges couldn't be redone because it had already went through , which also is BS. Then he told me I got the only 15' truck available and that it was an in town unit. Remember I reserved a truck 12 days in advance to go from enid to Edmond and return to enid. They knew what I was doing. There were no secrets. Nothing in our conversation was ever said about the weekend 1.09 or in town units. Needless to say I'm sure I'll use uhaul again but will never use Clint's uhaul rental on walnut in Enid Ok again. Steve CarringtonSTEVEN C.

when I have equipment reserved, I should get what I reserved. the truck was dirty when I got it, and the dolly which I reserved was an appliance dolly and got a utility dolly with a flat tire, and got charged for not cleaning up someone else shit. I have rented from U-haul quite a bit, but I never been raked over the coals like thiscraig W.

I figured the truck would've been fully inspected when I got it.... nope. The driver's side headlight was out and it was late enough that there was no place in town to get one to replace it myself so I wasn't able to drive it half the time I had it. Disappointed about that.Ashley G.

The online system should not allow a check out appt time that is at closing. At the very least it should flag that information. Also, the online system should not allow you reserve equipment and supplies that are not really available.Darren S.

The location was solid, but on the trailers themselves, I would recommend adding tongue jacks to ease hitching/unhitching vehicle, especially if one needs to do so with the trailer loaded.Stephen T.
