I spent over two hours waiting for the truck. The only message I got was error waiting for approval. I found out later that the truck was not even available to get the key. I was approved about 30 minutes after arriving. I tried calling the site and they said use the uhaul app because no one was on site to help. When I got to someone on the phone they said contact the site because the vehicle was not yet checked in. This is a totally unacceptable situation which could have been handled by the two parties and not require me, the customer, to do it my self. In summary, Long wait, Incorrect message on the app and neither side able to fix a fixable problem inflicting it on the customer.

I like customer service. I do not like locations that do not have an office. After trying to use the app for 20 minutes in an area with poor service, someone finally came out and asked me if I needed help. So thankfully It worked out. Customer service is disappearing, very sad.
