The check in app did not work. The location wasn't able to help after 3 phone calls to traffic person. Frustrating when you need to verify equipment condition.

LARRYC BThis location is at a pool supply store, their priority is selling pool supplies. The inner staff who could help me was knowledgable but none of the others could help me. We ended up waiting a while to get the keys because they were helping someone with pool stuff. Winter tires in Canada should be a given. The vehicle was not available at the designated pick up despite booking months in advance.

amanda nThe app doesn't seem to connect well to the local vendor. It took a very long time to sign out and sign back in the vehicle. The app first gave me a vehicle that was out of service for damage, for example. Otherwise, the people and the machine I wound up with were great.

Dale HGot charged for gas even though the gas wasn’t under where it was when it was picked up
KRISTAN DDid online check in for quicker pick up and when got there had to repeat some of information I had already provided online. Truck was not swept out and had broken glass on floor in back. Although I paid for a full day of use I kept getting messages that I had to return the truck whithin 4 hours. If I paid the 24 hour rate I should have usage for 24 hours. The truck was well maintained mechanically.

jason pI asked if the van had a trailer hitch and they said yes. I went out to get the van and it had about 6” of frozen snow on the windshield covering the wipers. Then I started it and pulled it ahead to see that it didn’t have a trailer hitch. I went to another location to get a ten foot van and it didn’t have the proper hitch either. So I just canceled it and went elsewhere.

Gregg BWell sadly the van reeked of what seemed like cow ... My son joked saying did the last ppl move a load of cows . Then the windshield on inside was extremely dirty especially when got dark. Not sure if vehicle was wiped down inside either. Other than this the gentleman who served me was beyond amazing and very helpful.

TONI BThe van had dog hair on the seats (I'm allergic), bad animal smell, garbage in the doors, filthy windows and mirrors, NO windshield fluid and the left blinker light was not working. We had to wash the windows and mirrors and fill the washer liquid before heading to our destination. Yet we were charged $13.85 for missing a few liters of gas fill up.
Carolyn JTruck was not available as promised. had to go jump hoops to get another truck for that day. There is GPS on these vehicles so how did they not know about the missing truck and it's whereabouts? Oh wait they would get more money for the late return, silly me.
wendy mI booked the 6x12 trailer 8 months ago. 3 days before pickup UHaul calls me and says I have to pick up the trailer in Belleville, not Kingston. A 160km round trip inconvenience. Not impressed, at all.
Patrick HRenault your system so your agents know what is going on no notes by a few I spoke with were in the system according to Donna and Shanea in Regional . I had to ask Sharma more than once for her name. She was very reluctant to go e it to. I'll be doing a Google Review on the whole experience which was subpar at best

DON GThe building was very cold, employee"s seemed to be visibly shivering because of the cold
Doug DThe male attendant was very rude & condescending. If asked a question he ignored me or just walked away. He was training a young girl,( not well )and she was going around him to be nice to me. I asked him at one point if he could check to make sure my hitch was on corrected and he rudely said “That’s not my job”. He never once made eye contact. Truly he should never work in a job that human interaction is required. He had a scruffy beard. We didn’t do a check on the trailer and when I opened it, it was full of cardboard and papers. I cannot remember ever being treated this bad.
Mary PThe service at Aqua Bay was quick, efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend their U-Hail outlet and will be using them again for any moving needs in the future.
scott sThey make a mistake on the bill. I rented for one day and they bill 2 days. I contacted U-Haul customer service and it was impossible to get my money back. U-Haul customer service did not solve the problem. So, be very careful if you rent at that place. I will never rent there again. I use to rent U-Haul quite often, but that the fist time overcharge happen. Do not rent at that place. (U-Haul customer service is useless).
