Truck was not available as promised. had to go jump hoops to get another truck for that day. There is GPS on these vehicles so how did they not know about the missing truck and it's whereabouts? Oh wait they would get more money for the late return, silly me.wendy M.

I booked the 6x12 trailer 8 months ago. 3 days before pickup UHaul calls me and says I have to pick up the trailer in Belleville, not Kingston. A 160km round trip inconvenience. Not impressed, at all.Patrick H.

The male attendant was very rude & condescending. If asked a question he ignored me or just walked away. He was training a young girl,( not well )and she was going around him to be nice to me. I asked him at one point if he could check to make sure my hitch was on corrected and he rudely said â€œThat's not my jobâ€. He never once made eye contact. Truly he should never work in a job that human interaction is required. He had a scruffy beard. We didn't do a check on the trailer and when I opened it, it was full of cardboard and papers. I cannot remember ever being treated this bad.Mary P.

They make a mistake on the bill. I rented for one day and they bill 2 days. I contacted U-Haul customer service and it was impossible to get my money back. U-Haul customer service did not solve the problem. So, be very careful if you rent at that place. I will never rent there again. I use to rent U-Haul quite often, but that the fist time overcharge happen. Do not rent at that place. (U-Haul customer service is useless).Jacques T.
The truck was a little dirty and I could tell it hadn't been cleaned for a long time because I had rented the same truck approximately a month prior and the truck was in the exact same condition then as well. Overall, very friendly staff and the people at the location were great !Spencer K.

The vehicle needs and oil change, it needed an oil change when I rented the same vehicle 3 weeks earlier. The vehicle was not clean, 1 years worth of dead bugs on the windshield, dog fur on the seats and the general overall cleanliness was not up to par especially during covid - there was 0 covid protocol cleaning complete before released.Christina N.

Make it clearer online of the $20 charge for returning after hours. It says the cost for a 12 hour period but no clear mention of that extra cost until you are given the contract upon pickup if the unit.Scott S.

Fantastic service! As I pulled in to the lot, a gentlemen met me at the truck and thoroughly checked everything for me, recorded the info and told me to have a great day before going in to complete the transaction on the computer. I was on my way in under 5 minutes...top notch!Michael M.
The truck only had 3/4 of a tank of fuel but I had to return full. Also the truck had spills on the floor and a bottle of liquid eye drops (half used) still in the cup holder. I do t see how this truck was clean especially in these Covid 19 times where everything is supposed to be sanitary. Makes me quite nervous now. Pay full price to uhaul for an unclean not full truck.Andrew M.
The location was closed. There was no way to access the key. The truck was dirty, full of food and garbage and had a phone in it. If it weren't for the wonderful team at the Parker Street location (Parker Street Rental and Storage) who got a key cut, and cleaned the truck for us, we'd have been without a truck.Derek O.
When I arrived, the vehicle I reserved was unavailable as it's safety had expired. I ended up getting a smaller truck, which then forced making 2 trips and adding 4 hours to the move time. I will never use U Haul in the futurecolin V.

First off they can make sure they have everything ready when the customer arrives. Then you can make sure that they actually have what is requested. I will probably never rent from haul again as they didn't have the dolly I requested and it made the move horrible instead of easy like it should have been. No discount was offered for not having the proper equipment. Also having to fuel the truck back up and pay for mileage as well is ridiculous.. It should be one or the other... I was moving from an apartment in which you need to book the elevator and they only give you so long. I lost some of that time by them not having it ready... So I had to move the rest down the stairs, not fun.....Andrew C.
Colin at Parker St Belleville is my "go to" Uhaul dealer. He wasn't able to reserve me one from his stock understandably on Oct 1 being somewhat of a moving day for many. Colin searched and found one 5 minutes away. Well done again!! I haven't dealt with the Aqua Bay location as Colin usually has quite a number of cargo trailers in stock. The car was not clean, it was too dirty. Communication was bad. I asked the guy for the gas which when I refilled it it took more than 10 litters and I drove it just 10 km. He jusy ignored me saying it was full when you got it and it is full again, not recommend this locationndjo T.

Everything was great I booked this last minute and the person who served me I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he went above and beyond I called him in a panic because I I had reserved one over the phone at a different location and when I got there to pick it up they had rented it to someone else I called your location and they said they had one due back in a few minutes to come right over When I got there it had just arrived but another location was booking it for someone else He got on the phone and managed to talk them into letting me rent it A few minutes later I got a phone call from the other location saying they had another one So it looks like they go out of the way to accommodate you eve when it's confusing because people are booking online and in personjoanne B.
