ALFRED KThe vehicle was horrifically dirty to the point where I placed my own towel on the driver's seat while driving. I had my fiancé following me in our vehicle and we stopped at Starbucks, I refused to sit the cub in the U-Haul and her transport until we got to our destination. Lastly, the vehicle has the smell of urine. I could not wait to finish our tasks and return it!

Rosaura OThe truck had no gas when I pick it up and when I returned it I did return it with a quarter of gas since the truck didn’t have no gas and she still charged me $65 of gas and I have proof that I pick it up with no gas. Terrible service, I would not recommend this place, her husband was yelling at me and he secretly took pictures of me that’s really creepy and I only had my worker to help me and she was trying to force me to add him as a driver when he was only a moving helper, and he doesn’t know how to drive so it was annoying she kept trying to add him. Please don’t go there she is a big scammer

ADRIAN HI have used Uhual my entire life and this was by far the worst experience. I selected 9AM pickup for my Uhaul and had a very tight time frame. The store was closed at 9AM- the owners not even arriving to open the store till around 915AM. It took the owner 3 failed attempts on the cell phone before she switched to the computer to log us in- the entire time saying that we couldn't have selected self service check-in so she didn't have to do anything. 45 minutes later we got to the UHaul to which we were told had no gas. She said that they struggle with gas being stolen and never have time to fill their trucks before they are picked up. She told us the nearest gas station to which we did not make it. The truck died just 2 blocks from the U Haul location- no gas at all and no where to go. The owner then brought us a 1 gallon gas tank and pointed to the gas station down the road. We had to make three separate trips on foot to refill the gas can 3 times just to get it to start and move to the actual gas station. It took almost an hour of our day just trying to get the truck to move. When I rent a U Haul I expect it to have enough gas to at least get me to a gas station....this is unacceptable and I would really like a refund.

PAYAM YThe lady in charge of truck rentals at this location is rude, condescending, and pushy. She kept on insisting on me returning the truck rental the night before the return date. I rented the truck for 2 days for a reason! When I 1st arrived, she had her legs kicked up on her desk and her face in her cellphone. I greeted her, her response was: hold on I have to finish my text message. So unprofessional! I really wish my truck was available where I had originally requested. I will never go back to this location!

WAYNE MThe people who ran the business were great! Really nice. UHaul, please service the vehicles better. I’m pretty sure there are no shock absorbers on the truck and the service lights were on the whole time. Pretty disturbing.

Arturo SI rented a 20-gallon truck. First, it was dirty and had no gas. When I put gas in it, the tank was broken and I had to return the truck, losing 1. 32 USD worth of gas, 2. time, and 3. The workers I had hired charged me 40 USD per hour of work, thus losing 2 hours of work.

All I told them was the boxes were a lil too high in price for me & Id go to Home Depot. They both were very disrespectful and unprofessional

OLEG MI've already called a customer service rep and emailed the regional manager. The people in charge of this location have incredibly poor customer service skills. The front desk clerk kept interrupting me. They also didn't furnish a furniture dolly with the truck as requested. I understand that equipment may be subject to availability but the dolly was indeed available at this location. When I pointed it out the woman at the front desk rudely put it on me to take it. She didn't take any accountability. I would rethink of continuing with this dealer partner. This is not benefiting your brand.
