I have rented multiple times from this U-HAUL dealer and she needs to know not to threaten me with putting my future rentals on E- Alert just because I had to rent the truck an extra day making it a 3 day rental due to a personal reason. After all she got a nice commission from this expensive rental !

Amir MDouble check all older trucks. The passenger side door was a little unreliable. The warning for oil change was present from start to finish.

Doug CThe customer service at this location was practically non existent. They also added 'Safe Move' without my consent, after I had specifically selected no during my reservation. They then proceeded to tell me it wasn't an option, wasn't their problem, and complained that they only make 15% commission so they don't need to deal with 'this stuff'. I will not use this location ever again, and may avoid UHaul.
