The outside of the Vehicle was filthy. Also I think they charged way to much on the mileage. There is no way I went 81 mles from my house to Rosebowl . It is 30 miles each way and and they said i went 81 miles. I only went home and there. I didn't get my receipt e-mailed to me, so I had to go back to the location to pick up my hard copy.

The man working at this location ask Liked me to text him the mileage and take a picture of the gas reader from the van after I rented it. After I returned the van after 1 hour, asked for a receipt for gas paid to refill car because he didn't believe that the meter was given to him correctly. If I'm not mistaken, isn't it his job to make sure that the miles and gas is read in the car before renting and not ask the customer to do it for him? I would not recommend this location because of the unprofessionalism of the attendant who is clearly not capable of multitasking or doing his job properly!

My name is Abbas I made a reservation 3 weeks ago for a truck from from oxnard and reseda location when i went to pick uo at 9am like they told me too on monday. I had two movers with me and the shop was closed and i waited for 2 hours and i called 4 times and finally they told me the truck is ready at another location and then i said cancel it cause i waited for so long. Theyvhad said my truck was ready which it wasnt. I want my money back because i had two workers waited and it csme out of mu pocket

this location was great but i was sent to two other drop off locations before corporate Uhaul finally sent me here. The two locations: 1) Smogster (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer) 6928 Reseda Bl Reseda, CA 91335 ; 2) Sick Duck Studios LLC (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer) 6925 Canby Av Ste 105 Reseda, CA 91335, should not be listed as 24/7. there was no drop off box for the keys for the first and no indication of where to park. the second location was a unit in an industrial park that was under construction. apparently the company went out of business or moved. uhual needs a better vetting process and needs to keep better up to date records. very annoyed...

I would not rate the location as "clean and inviting" The store was very cluttered and disorganized. Then the person helping me took a very long time to go through the checklist to return the truck, and I was also told I would be charged another $10+ for extra mileage on the truck. When I rented it initially, I read that the mileage was covered in the contract. All I did was drive it to my one house in Lake Arrowhead, load up, and drive to drop it off in Tarzana, yet I was charged an extra $10. Very frustrating.

The truck was dirty and smelled a lot. They told me that a homeless got it for one month. It was really difficult to drive with all that smell. On top of that there where no gas at all and I prayed to arrive at the first gas station. They told me to put 70. $ and so I did but when I returned the truck the gas indicator was more than half (a lot more that the 1/4 requested). They told me that I couldn't be refound for the extra gas I did (but they told me to put 70 $). I asked to speak with a supervisor and they give me the number of Cris. I explain the situation and he was nice, I also sent him picture about the cleaning situation and the gas before and after. He told me that on Monday I would take case of if and don't pay. I never get back from him. Two weeks after they sent me the invoice as it was the day I returned it and invited me to pay. I payed the bill but I'm really disappointed. Bad service, bad customer service, bad customer relantionship.
