Alexander KThe truck was beyond empty - it had ZERO gas in it but they insted it has 1/4. I showed the man it was at the end of the reserve tank and he and his wife argued with me that it was 1/4 because it said so on the paper? Obvioulsly they do not check the trucks as they come in. The truck was a MESS - filthy! The back was not swept or clean. The interior windshield was so dirty that as soon as it became dark you can barely see thru the windshield. When headlights hit is you were completely blinded. It was so dangerous and something I didn't notice until I was already on the freeway. There was something ratteling in the front wheel and it sounded like it was grinding and going to fall off. The engine light was on - and when I brought these to the owners they said "Ignore it - it's all not important". These are all items that could have caused major injusry to myself and others on the road and these people do not care. It is terrifying!!!
ANGELA BI don't remember the name of the gentleman that assisted me with my rental. He assisted me on the process of taking the pictures of the truck and inspected it. When I returned the truck he showed me the invoiced before he email it to me. Very helpful and friendly
