We reserved the truck for a two-day rental. However, when we arrived to pick it up, the owner immediately began pressuring us to return it much earlier than the agreed rental period. He asked us to bring it back that same night or the following day, even though we specifically needed the truck for at least two days. We explained that the shorter rental period would not work for us, but he continued to push the issue. His attitude was unprofessional, rude, and made us feel uncomfortable before we had even left with the truck. The entire interaction left a very negative impression.

Nothing, excellent service, very new truck, very professional gentleman
Samir SThe vendor was extremely rude and contentious. Despite reserving the van for the day, he berated me for being late and that he had to turn other potential customers away. It’s not like I was paying by the hour. If I reserve and pay for the day, I should be able to pick it up any time.
