FELIPE RThe operators (lady) was incompetent. She tries to charge me 4x the miles. I was given a truck with previous damage to a mirror. She told me to text her a pic so wouldn’t be responsible but then had to do a claim when I returned. It was not a good experience. Good truck and supply but bad operators.
DAVID EI rented a U-Haul from a small independent location and noticed a strong odor in the truck before leaving. I mentioned it to the attendant, but she told me I likely just had a sensitive nose and placed an air freshener in the vehicle. She also poured a jug of water on the truck doors, saying it would “clean it.” After completing my move and returning the truck, I noticed a paper inside stating that the previous renter had used the truck for a sanitation drop-off and that the vehicle had not been cleaned afterward. This raised serious concerns because I had transported my belongings — including clothing in duffel bags and luggage — in a truck that may have been contaminated. Vendors should do better.
PERRY BOwners could be a lot nicer. Not very welcoming. Store is disgusting dirty.
