The customer service at this location was practically non existent. They also added 'Safe Move' without my consent, after I had specifically selected no during my reservation. They then proceeded to tell me it wasn't an option, wasn't their problem, and complained that they only make 15% commission so they don't need to deal with 'this stuff'. I will not use this location ever again, and may avoid UHaul.

Outstanding customer service

NIEVES BWe reserved the truck for a two-day rental. However, when we arrived to pick it up, the owner immediately began pressuring us to return it much earlier than the agreed rental period. He asked us to bring it back that same night or the following day, even though we specifically needed the truck for at least two days. We explained that the shorter rental period would not work for us, but he continued to push the issue. His attitude was unprofessional, rude, and made us feel uncomfortable before we had even left with the truck. The entire interaction left a very negative impression.
