It was terrible, I don’t usually complete surveys however it was poorly. The representative spoke very poorly about the company & owners. Not to mention she was late and had to call her phone for her to arrive. It was terrible. I wouldn’t advise this location

The service started out great, but then we were placed in a truck twice the size after calling directly earlier in the week and explaining that we wanted to be sure we would not be placed in a larger truck, and told by Amy that she had it all taken care of, even gave us her personal cell number. Only to find out the day before we were in the largest truck, called and spent 1 hour and 15 minutes but able to get it resolved. Amy apologizes, and said all was good! We did the app pick up and the keys were not I. The drop box! Called her 10-12 times on her personal cell but she did finally pick up, and 45 minutes after our original pick up time she arrived. We got to leave the location over an hour later than we had requested. UHaul only provided a 50.00 refund and said we could keep truck an extra day,but our time limit was just one day. We were under mileage and returned same day. This was not a good experience with UHaul.

I had to travel 1 hour to get a truck. Then i had to go back to the original U-Haul because I needed a dolly. Upon my return I heard a funny noise and when calling road side assistance they stated that there was something internally wrong with the truck and proceeded to tow it away. Now I’m being charged for a one day rental that I didn’t get to use. This is ridiculous. None of this was my fault!

Lucky I reserved online a day ahead, because the owner was not planning to open the store the day I was set to pick up the trailer. Also, every tire was 15 psi low., which promotes blow outs at speed.

The people at the pick up and drop off locations were wonderful. However, the online experience was horrible. I couldn't get things to work correctly and the link to upload a driver's license picture expired before I could take the picture and upload it. The next time I need to rent a UHaul, I will deal directly with real people at the location.

The lady here did an excellent job but I was NOT happy when she first called me and told me I was being billed extra for mileage and gas. The guy that listed the mileage when I picked the truck up was short by 7 miles! And the gas??? UHAUL - GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND GO BACK TO PEOPLE FILLING THE TANK UP! They tried to charge me $10 extra saying that I was 1/16th of a tank short -- which I was NOT! The lady at the drop off location took care of the issue and, as of now I am supposed to get those extra charges back. I think U-HAUL is using this gas thing as a way to make some extra $$ at the customer's expense! Shame on you.

You charged me for extra day when the delay was created by the uhaul moving helpers. The original guys didn't show up. We had to set up a new pair who couldn't get there until after 3pm. It was too late to do a 5 he drive by the time they were finished and inclement weather had set in.

Original pick up location was 3201Central Av Hot Springs. The representative decided it was more important to close early instead of the posted time of 2pm to which I had a pick up scheduled for 12pm. This caused me to have to drive to Malvern to pick up a car transport after having driven 7 hours from Houston. According to the gas station attendant the rep in Hot Springs called me and could not leave a message cause my voicemail was not set up. None of this is true. My voicemail has always been set up and there is no missed calls from this rep in my call log on my phone or call records according to my carrier. Very poor customer service at 3201 Central Ave Hot Springs.
