I made an on-line reservation for November 11, and when I arrived the location was closed, with a sign on the door saying it would be closed all day the 11th and 12th. That ruined my plans for the day and the weekend. Why did the web site take,my reservation (for a pickup truck)? So, bad management somewhere in your system.Thomas O.

While I got my truck back by 2 pm (on Sat), it would have been nice to see hours extended to around 5 pm instead. When returning "after hours," the verbal policy does not match the written policy which I find disconcerting (not related to the location but by policy).Shu N.

No one was at the location when I came to pick up the truck. Called the number listed on their door. No answer. Left message but did not receive a call back. I returned to location about an hour later. Still no one there, but reached someone, who came over quickly. Truck was worn and dirty, but that didn't matter. Windshield wiper on driver's side broke and fell off within a minute of turning the wipers on. That made for a dangerous and scary trip in the rain.Jana G.

Please upgrade your credit card reader to a chip model. My card numbers had to be entered by hand because your reader would not work with the card. The woman working when I picked up the van was very nice and friendly and is a credit to your company.Marc L.

The young female that worked there on 25 July 2022 was extremely rude in her tone and overall customer service. Clearly was having a bad moment and allowing it to interfere with customers. She yelled "FU*$" as I approached the door. Then became condescending when I asked for clarification on rental items. Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.Seth L.

I appreciated the friendly efficient service. The only thing that would've been helpful is if they would've explained to me that I could avoid the $20 convenience fee for dropping off the truck after hours, by using the uhaul online system for confirming the drop-off. They just told me to drop the keys in the dropbox, which I did. But if I had also gone online while I was there with the truck I could've confirmed that the truck was returned, and I could've avoided the $20 convenience fee. It was only after I got home that I read the text from U-Haul informing me about this option. At that point it was just too late.Fred L.

Very convenient location. A little on the small side, which meant that they only had four furniture blankets available when I came to pick up. It turned out that that was fine (I needed all four, but that's it). But I had reserved a dozen online the day before, so if I had been counting on that, I would have been let down. Overall, a positive experience though, would definitely rent here again.Francis G.

Van condition: The van was very dirty, not cleaned at all after the previous use, glove box lock was broken and the box could not be closed, driver`s seat recline regulator could not be properly adjusted to the necessary recline angle. App was a disaster. Couldn't use the truck share option. Showed up Wednesday. Tried to make it work. Couldn't. U-Haul sent me to a different location that cost me 45 mins of extra driving ti have the same issue with your app. Because I had already purchased the item I needed the truck ti move I had no choice but to rent this again and this time show up in person. Disaster. And this $50 credit for not honoring the reservation should be instant.Dan N.

U-Haul places should be open on weekends. That is when most of the moving takes place. It is really difficult to do business and return/rent equipment when you have very limited hours on Saturday and not open on Sunday.Greg C.
Arlington Self Storage is the best! We rented a unit here during a home renovation project and Arlington Self Storage was so easy to work with. The facility is very clean and easy to access. They have trucks onsite to rent, which made everything streamlined in our move/storage process. But what stood out the most was how great the staff were -- they were personable, efficient, and really helpful.
