The truck was dirty and filthy had no choice but to use it because I was already on the clock all my furniture I moved were dusty and took hours to clean will never use this U-Haul location ever again!!!!!!

We rented the truck at 9 am and we were done by 11:30 and when we returned the truck the office was closed and we had to put the keys in the mail slot. We estimated we'd drive 20 miles but it was far less wondering who we contact for a refund on the mileage. Thanks.

This is the second time I rented a truck from this location and the lady that work there is AMAZING shes so nice and kind and shes very knowledgeable... You guys will always get my business especially with the customer service I received. I work at a hotel so I know customer service is EVERYTHING and she definitely have that.

No one at the office when I arrived to pick up the truck. No one there to check the equipment out. Truck ran rough, but when you need a truck to get a move done, you're kind of stuck with whatever you can get lined up.

First thing was that the safety belt would not clasp together, then the truck wasn't shifting right and then after only driving 22 miles total with this truck when I put gas in the fuel gage would not move I put $14.60 worth of gas for only 22 miles is poor in my book

I think that what I was charged for a two day rental of a 17' truck was extremely high. The truck itself didn't seem to be in good condition. I think there may have been a problem with the transmission. The lack of automatic locks on the doors made it a bit difficult getting in and out of the truck. Next time I move, I don't think I'll use Uhaul again.

Have a clean truck for them to use. Ours had mud all over the floor of the truck bed. Also, we signed up to pick and drop off at 90th and Maple. However, we were asked to go to the 60th and Ames location.

First of all, I was lied to about the rental cost, the lady put down the wrong miles on the truck.No one was there when I arrived, I didn't go 10 miles to or from where I moved. 4414 N 52nd St to 4960 NW Radial Hwy. Also, she is very slow taking care of business, her daughter and granddaughter was there. Over all I was not happy with the customer service. She almost made me late for work! she didn't get back until 9:40am. My pickup was at 9am.

Called after hours 800 # for help. Told to just park the trailer anywhere. Feared it would get damaged or worse, stolen, as the neighborhood looked less than upbeat. Did not want to be liable but followed directions anyway.

After spending over $1,000L to rent this truck and a blown tire and 4 HOURS wait for someone to come and fix it in a location where my family did not feel safe...I HAD TO PAY for a frecking HOTEL...I feel as if your staff is not prepared or trained for such emergency IT IS UHAUL responsibility to provide service to us in a timely manner.

The employee obviously did not understand the computer system. After wasting approximately 30-40 minutes trying to pick up my truck, she assured me that doing a one way would be the cheapest route (dropping off at a different store about 15 blocks closer to my house).... after signing me up for FAR more miles than I needed, I returned the truck two days early and with about 1/5th of the miles used (again, and accident she input to the system because she didn't know what she was doing) only to find out that I couldn't get any of my money back because she had talked me into a one way rental instead of returning it to the same location like I had originally reserved and repeatedly asked her to do.

The truck was clean, easy to drive & easy on gas. The only problem I had, we couldn't get the back door to close and had to move one load with it up... Had one small table fall out! Raggitty!!!

Actually charge the $19.95 that you advertise , Your actual beginning charge is $39.90 (minimum mileage). Lying to get customers is underhanded and just plain crappy.

Person was friendly but working alone, I had already given all my information on-line, they had to re-enter everything. They asked if I needed help hooking up the trailer, I was expecting a U-Haul employee to do this and make sure it was properly attached to my vehicle. The trailer was not at my preferred pick-up location as well.
