The most important improvement would be ensuring that every rental truck is thoroughly inspected before it is made available to customers. A vehicle with a check engine warning or intermittent loss of power should never be rented until it has been properly diagnosed and repaired. When a customer reports that a vehicle has become disabled immediately after leaving the rental location, customer safety should be the top priority. Roadside Assistance should either perform a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation or provide a replacement vehicle. In addition, better communication between the rental location and Roadside Assistance would greatly improve the customer experience. Customers should not have to navigate multiple departments while stranded on the side of the road. A faster, more coordinated response would reduce delays, minimize stress, and help customers complete their move safely and on time. My experience caused unnecessary delays, disrupted my scheduled move, and created a dangerous traffic situation that could have been avoided with proper vehicle maintenance and a more customer-focused response.

There wasn’t any signage indicating where the dealer was. I went to the location in Google Maps and it was near but had to call dealer to find exact location. Seemed a little strange

My only issue is that I was charged a lot more than the original amount I was told it would be. The customer service was great but I won't rent a uhaul for in town use again.

This is in a pretty rough part of town. People should be there when their supposed to be. I was very disappointed that she was 20 minutes late. It wasn't her fault as she was informed we were there while she was working another location. This all could have been avoided by booking me to a place where someone was working.

Gas tank was broken didn’t get help for 2 hours

When I did the final check in I was charged for lots of things I had specifically said I didn’t want when I did my initial online reservation. I reserved online because I was in a hurry and when I went to pick up the truck and all these extra charged were included—with no clear way to remove them—I just took them and continued with my plans. This seems like a U-Haul corporate issue. So while I won’t ever rent from this location again, I won’t ever rent from U-Haul again either. And, I will tell everyone who will listen about my experience and recommend they never rent from U-Haul either.

Our stuff was well kept and lock up. It was a good choice we pick armor storage to put our belongings in. Price was reasonable. Thanks for your services. Have a good summer to all staff.

we scheduled for pick up at noon no one was there. at 1230 they arrived. The truck was dirty, we had to clean it of the broken glass prior to using this vehicle.
