Overall, this facility was solid! Hours were convenient, staff was super friendly and helpful, cost was fair, and accessibility from the Papillion/La Vista, Ralston/Bellevue was a breeze.

Get whatever is causing that shaking fixed. I didn't travel far and I didn't get on the highway or the interstate but I wouldn't have anyway with the way that thing was shaking. I know bigger trucks have a whole vibe that's different than a car cuz I've driven them for work before, but that thing was like a giant paint mixer on wheels.

Water would run through the unit every time it would rain. There was a hole drilled in the floor of the unit, (evidently to let water drain out). During moderate to heavier rain events, water would bubble up out of the drilled hole like it was an artesian well. I had to have pallets down on the entire floor of the unit to keep everything up away from the water. Unfortunately, that much water created humidity issues, so now all of my items stored there have a musty damp smell.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay insurance if I didn't have my own insurance. I didn't have anything that I cared that much about, and I'd rather take a chance. Why must I have insurance if? Flood insurance increased it $5 and month. I can't remember if the insurance covered theft - if it did, that's not the worst requirement, but I still would rather choose on my own. Other than than, I had a very good experience. Payton was excellent.

No one was at this location when I picked up the uhaul. It was a hassle.

It was great, I reserved online, so the check in process was fast and the person in the office was helpful and friendly.
