I reserved my vehicle at a different, and more convenient location. My reservation wasn't honored and I was forced to significantly alter my plans to utilize a different site to pick up the vehicle. When the first site couldn't help me (it's not a uhaul only site), they called uhaul and I was treated like it was my fault they double booked the vehicle through their website. I won't use the company again.scott S.
I gave this location a poor review as i called to make sure that the truck was available and was told there was no one there that had access to the U-Haul software to check the truck out to me. This wasted valuable time and money with a crew waiting an additional two hours while they figured out how I could get the truck via mobile check in. After this experience I will never use U-Haul again.Aaron C.

Needed a truck to store some stuff while my garage floors were being done and spoke with a Krishna to set everything up, she was very pleasant and helpful, made it easyCOLE F H.
The only complaint about truck was the last person did not sweep it out and there were packets of some type of jelly that popped when I stepped on.the packets, creating a mess on my boots and floor. I cleaned that up and proceeded with my day.. Over all my experience over the last 2 years was a very good one. Always polite and helpful.Julie S.

I was forced to do a check in online even though when i made my reservation i said i wanted to check-in in person, not through the app. I went into the building to check in, which was when the woman working made me try to check in online. The process was lengthy and ridiculous and did not work and then i had to go through the process again with her. Also the return process was lengthy and obnoxious. I should be able to return the truck to a person not have to take a million pictures and type in all this extra info before returning it. I'm basically doing the job of the employees and not getting any sort of discount for having to do it this way.Taylor C.

I was not able to use the 30 days free storage so I was out another $175. Altogether it was over $500 that I had to shell out because of U-Haul corporate. If I was to do it again, I wouldn't use the app. I would use all in town.Carol B.
The truck was very dirty. Muddy inside and out, the windshield was so dirty with a film on it you could not see during daylight hours with the sun out. The box in the back of the truck was not swept out prior to me renting it, the blankets I rented had holes in them. The brakes were grinding and the truck itself had a hard time pulling up hills. The only good thing about the rental was the customer service representative. I am so unhappy with my uhaul experience that I probably will not rent from uhaul again. This is the second time from this location with this experience.Stephanie H.

The box of the truck was filthy in need of sweeping, the passenger area needs a bit of cleaning. The gas gauge was wrong once I moved it off the slanted slope it was parked on. It was marked at ? of a tank and was only Â¼. Tried calling uhaul about it and the hold time was ridiculous. The customer service representative at the location was the best part of my experience!!!!Stephanie H.

Over all I was very pleased with the quality of the auto transporter. I understand the concept behind a flat rate and an automatic 5 days for cross country travel; however it would be nice to have received a prorated rate for dropping off the trailer early.Trevor A.

When we made our reservation, the guy that helped us at the 89th and Maple location asjed us where we wanted to Pick up the truck. We said we want to pick it up at this location (89th & Maple....close to our house) he said no problem. When we went to pick up the truck we were to that we had to go to another location on 87th and Sorensen. Quite the surprise when we have a bunch of people waiting on us to help us move! I will NEVER use the 89th and Maple location again, and we have used that location for every move that we've made. We will now use the 87th and Sorensen location for any moving needsGARY H.

I rented the U-Haul in Blair, NE because that's where I was going to be using it. Then I find out that I can't pick it up at the Blair location but rather had to drive to Omaha to get it plus drive it back there to take it back. Extremely inconvenient. Why have a location if you can't run vehicles out of it?mark R.
