The only reason I wouldn’t recommend this location is because it’s downtown Kansas City. It’s not their fault. Very nice people!! Old school customer service that is hard to find these days!

There was chips crushed on the floor mat and the previous persons hotel stay docume ts left in the truck. No problems getting the truck with mobile app. Just not my favorite part of town with the homeless population and drug users. Wouldn't recommend location to women moving alone. Location staff said a deposit was added to my bill and I would be refunded money after returning truck with blankets and dolly, but hasn't happened yet. Other than that staff was friendly, prompt, professional on phone.
