Had to travel to far out of my desired area requested and scheduler was not accommodating her response was it was in the fine print regardless of how long in advance the reservation was made not happy
Karen CKey access was horrible and took 2 hrs to retrieve due to it required the location to bo open but they state online you have access to lock box a don't
