The person who was handling the contract was working the desks of two hotels that were right across the street from each other and we had to buzz and wait for him to come to the desk. He was polite and friendly but he did not even go out and show us the trailer or inspect it with us or offer to help us hook it up or anything (unlike my experience at other UHAULS where they hook it up and check the lights work and everything - fortunately we knew what we were doing). It was dirty inside with gravel and sand - we had to clean it before we could put our items in there. The outside was knicked and banged up and we took photos and video so we wouldn't be blamed for any damage. He told us if we returned it before 6 pm Saturday we would not be charged for the extra day that we had it booked. We brought it back before 6 pm on Saturday and he said he would process it - he never came out to check the trailer to make sure things were okay or give us anything to sign off. He was barefoot which was probably why he didn't come out. Well when we received the receipt via email we got charged for the extra day of course. I reached out to UHAUL customer service and am still waiting for a response on whether it will be credited.Cara F.

Very happy with service. Agent went out of his way to pay for a wiring extension for the trailer to hook it up to my truck. U-Haul should have a survey on the equipment itself though; not impressed with the unit at all...Maurice S.

The location is as. It picking up until 1400. I has originally booked a 1000 pick up but was moved due to truck availability. I had to forcefully explain I had to get the truck at 1000 so to fill house move deadline. Poor organization of my whole rental experience. My blankets were not provided as the operation was more concerned with cleaning his hotel rooms and ha d problems guiding through uhauls paperwork. This has been my worse experience with uhaul to date.Shaun M.
