The customer service at the return location in Dryden was impeccable. They were kind and caring. They were informative and said that I might received a rebate because there was more gas in the tank on return than when I received the vehicle. They checked the vehicle with us and thanked us for returning it in such a clean condition. I was asked if there were any issues. I advised them of the concerns and they noted them. Great place to return the U Haul and the easiest return I've ever had.
