This location did not have a trailer hitch we needed so we went to another uhaul location to purchase the hitch. While there we were told we could just get the hitch and trailer there. The home interiors location not only charged us for the trailer after we canceled but also charged a $120 hold for a trailer we not only cancelled but didn't even rent. The new u haul location was great. We purchased the hitch, rented the trailer and they didn't even put a hold on my card. We called the home interior location to complain and the guy was rude, upset we cancelled the reservation and even hung up on us. I would greatly appreciate a call from uhaul to see about getting reimbursed for the trailer I did not rent and the hold on my card for the trailer I did not rent.

AKOPHAKOP MIt was pretty inconvenient how we had to pay for parking in the bus/train parking lot and walk around to get inside, then walk all the way back to pick up the truck. Otherwise the service was good and the truck and equipment rented were in good condition.
