Company/location was sketchy. Male who helped me racially profiled me. Also didn’t know what to do, so he called another gentlemen. Made process very long and cut into my moving time.

Jeffrey MGreat customer service and easy process. Return was a breeze
LINDA LNot necessarily their fault but the drop off spot was hard to find and more than that my drop off location was changed when I was driving from a 15 minute drive to over an hour each way. They said it was all that could accept the dolly, but it was a huge inconvenience for me from my original plan.
