Very disappointed with the mileage charge I picked up the U-Haul with the odometer showing 92,032 miles. When I returned the truck, the odometer showed 92,068 miles, so the actual mileage driven was 36 miles. However, after receiving the final receipt, I noticed that U-Haul charged me based on an ending mileage of 92,075 miles, which is 7 miles more than the actual odometer reading when I returned the truck. I took pictures of the odometer and have evidence to verify the mileage at both pickup and return. I expect U-Haul to review the records and correct the mileage charge. Customers should be charged based on the actual mileage of the vehicle, not an incorrect mileage reading. I have photos documenting the odometer readings and can provide them to verify this discrepancy.
