Well where do I start. No truck when I showed up at my time. Had to wait 2 hours for a truck. Was told I was getting a 20ft truck. Got a 15ft truck instead. Not art's fault. People at office can't schedule right. Would prob go with a different company next time.Zachary O.

Although I had to drive from mpls to new ulm to get the truck I needed, I was informed early enough to plan for it. Will, at Arts rental in New Ulm, came in early to allow us to get the truck and on the road without pause. Will...thankyou. The truck ran wonderfully. Great experience. ThankyouJohn M.

Pick up location was 1 1/2 hour drive from home, which was not exactly convenient and was communicated to us just 2 days before our cross country move. Tires on the trailer were completely bald and should not have been rented out in that condition. That said, when the tire did fail in the middle of Montana, it was only about 2 hours from initial call and both tires were replaced and we were on our way.John S.

Was sitting down there for over a hour trying to get the app to work cause it wouldn't pick up my location. Was on hold with the company for 45 minutes!!; Then I couldn't return it in its original spot cause someone else parked to close for me to get the truck back where it belonged. One big mess! Trever was rude and made derogatory remarks to me and his fellow co-workers. He cursed me out and refused to assist me. He attempted to make me pay for my storage unit because he said â€œ My college did not qualify me for a free unitâ€ he was racist, rude and overall unpleasant. He should be let go do to his lack of ability to treat customers as human beings.Jasmine J.

We had a hard time too find out where to drop off the truck. We called the rental where we rented from before they closed and they could not give us an answer, We found it easier too rent then too return. We knew there was a drop off in New Ulm, but that was all we were told. No location as where to drop it off. But other wise we were satisfied.Rick B.
I just seen he charged me for 4 extra days and I had a 10 day rental from Texas and actually was returned early and he was not there so I called in to U-haul to see what I should do and dropped paper work in his drop box and now I see he charged me 86.00 for being late.. Please take care of this for me and refund my money..GORDON L.
This is a good location, I liked that I could use the app to check in the vehicle and put the keys in the dropbox. When I called about extra days on the rental, I received pressure to return the truck as soon as possible as it had already been rented to another customer. The owner said he would call around to see if there was a solution and call me back. I never got a call. I then felt like a jerk for keeping the truck long enough to complete my move. The web site should have been able to calculate the mile I would put on the truck accurately, it didn't, leaving me with an mileage fee to pay.Daniel B.

I talked to Will before I left for MO to see what I needed to do when we got back with the trailer. We were going to be dropping it off after hours. He showed me where to park it and put the paperwork. Very nice guy, and very helpful. Kudos to Charlie in Springfield and Will in New Ulm. The guy in Buffalo, MO was less than impressive!julie C.

Equipment was not clean. This is a dealer. Owner is a good guy. Does good maintenance on the trucks and trailers. I rented a 6X12 trailer had to go from New Ulm MN to Owatonna 60 miles away to get my truck. U-Haul did a Phenomenal job reserving the truck and making sure it was there. Minnesota has a severe shortage of equipment in that state. Dealers are not able to clean the equipment as well as a moving center can due to lack of facilities.david C.
The self check out process is cumbersome via the web site. Eventually I got it but a lot of steps and verification. I would do it again but would prefer an attended process if possible. I went thru the web site dash board and was advised the app isn't as good yet.Allan A.

Mankato Mn uhail didn't have a trailer for me as they were over booked.I reserved almost 2 months ago. So I was sent to New Ulm Mn to pickup my trailer . Extra time for me that I didn't have a lot of .Anyway the guy at New Ulm was awesome and also the guy in Denver.ross P.
