I was charged a late fee for the rental and the location was closed at 12 PM. 4 hours before my return time.

Place was closed and had to use the 24/7 app which I had to call someone to help me with it because I was standing right out side the door and it said the GPS couldn't find me even though I had turned on the location button on the app

Richard EMy uhaul had no gas in it. How frustrating is it to rent a uhaul to move and you get in it and the tank is on e? I used extra miles because I had to stop at the gas station twice instead of once before returning. My truck also had broken parts, and the pickup experience was may more complicated than it needed to be. I am very disappointed as I have used uhaul for all of my past moves.

LIDIA FThe due in my truck was empty. Upon paying for gas, putting the nozzle in the tank, and pressing the handle, gasoline poured (like a water fall) from the bottom of the truck. It splashed all over my legs and feet and all over the concrete. This was extremely dangerous and put myself and the other customers in harms way. Who would have been liable, if the gasoline were to be ignited and explode? I had to move that day. It wasted an hour of my time and I never received my money back for the gasoline wasted.

Melissa JWe were given different addresses via email without notification the address changed so we e fed up getting the truck late & I was late to my appointment. Then, we were told we had to return the truck by the original time or be charged an entire day so we had to extend our reservation.

GLENN PStaff was rude, forced to do everything on the phone, no printed copy of the contract, charged 100.00 for gas for a 47 mile trip. Worst experience ever, would never recommend to anyone.
