The process for reserving my uhaul van was cumbersome, inaccurate, and inconvenient. The original location of my van knew nothing about my reservation when I arrived even though they called me before I arrived. I was forced to rebook my reservation which took over 30 minutes over the phone. I would not recommend anyone make their reservation on line.Everett G.

I am not impressed with the entirety of the reservation and pickup process. I had previously reserved a truck at a specific location near where I was staying, and received an email the day before that the pickup location was moved 9 miles away. I had to cancel that plan, and start all over. Giving anyone with parking space and a wall for a lockbox the opportunity to be a uhaul location makes your business look bad.Mark C.
I reserved a truck the Tuesday for a pick up of Friday. When I got there they told me they didn't have a truck and I would have to go to a different location later on. When I went to the other location they were closed, so I had to go to a third location where a smaller truck was the only one they had available. Finally got that situated after a full day spent figuring this out. When I went to the final place it was in an unsafe location with homeless people pestering me and my friend. When I finally got the keys to the truck I got in and the tank was on E.STEVEN A.
My Reservation was at 10:00 am I had to stand out side until 11:15 am I just had a knee replacement the truck smell urine and cigarette I will never every recommend no one to this site y'all need to.close that site down o need to be compensated for what I went through it cause my knee to swell up so bad and hurt because I had to stand outside that long.judy W.

First of all when I when I arrived to pick up the truck there was nobody available. I was told that the changes that my mom asked for would be a extra $12. What I originally registered for was the 29.95 plus whatever it is for the mileage. But when I got my bill I paid for the $145.00 20 ft truck not the 15 ft truck I asked for. See what I would do for now on is check my email because nothing was shown to me as a result of how much it would be. I registered to receive a moving truck dolly but come to to find out. My money was refunded back to me which I didn't know that because there were no dollies at the U-Haul place. I will never use U-Haul again ever if I have to pay somebody to move my things cuz this experience terrible.Lanonia K.

There was no one at the location during the day for drop off. When I rang the doorbell I was instructed to call the number on the door. When I called the number on the door I was instructed to call the UHaul customer service number where no one answered for the 20 minutes I stayed on the line. It was unclear if I could extend my reservation time and no one was available to assist me.Meagan S.

Everything was awful. After booking, there was no scheduling call. After 30 mins on hold I was transferred to the location where I was to pick my truck up to be informed they would be closed tomorrow. Having no idea if I would even have a truck I called back at 8:30 to wait on hold for another 45 mins to be told my truck was at another address in a know crime neighborhood. After arriving, I had to wait for 45 mins to even get into the truck (had to wait on hold again). The equipment I ordered was not there. Returning it was also a nightmare because there was barely any room for it. The truck was dirty and everything was awful. On top of all of this the customer service every time I called was horrific. I even spoke to the manager who I was explaining all of this to. She was barley paying attention and talking to other people. I told her this was such a bad experience and I wanted to be compensated for it and she scoffed. I told her I was moving again in 3 months and would never use uhaul and she responded â€œI'm fine with thatâ€ and hung up. Can't tell you how awful this was.BAILEY F.
Not safe location. Staff not helpful. First time renting UHaul dropped off truck during business hours. Asked where to put keys and anything else directly to person site who saiid to drop in box. They did not close out truck for days in unneeded charges and ignored UHAUL customer service attempts to contact them, confirmed with customer service via phone they were embarrassed.Colby R.

My overall experience was terrible. When I arrived for mobile check-in, it took nearly 10-15 to verify me (which contributed to me being late). The tank was on E and the mileage was incorrect (which happened to me before, but the location checked me in and included a different mileage than what it was and I received a high bill for mileage I didn't even use!). The truck was filthy! Something had been spilled all in the front area and the back had multiple large wooden pallets in it, with spoiled cabbage, oranges, and other produce in it. I had to remove as much as I could and place large bags down just to get my items in and for it not to pop my balloons (I was transporting balloons). It also smelled terrible because of the rotten produce. I called customer service to report it, however the location was closed and I was unable to switch it out. When I returned the truck I had to park down the street and walk back to the location to return the key in the freezing cold! The rep at the location apologized and explained that people having been trashing her trucks at night. However, this ruined my event and made me late the rest of the day. When I checked in and stated the truck was in poor condition, I should have been able to check into another one, with or with the location operator being present.ShadÃ© O.

It was scary. No one was there and they had the line busy so that when you called you assumed someone was there. The trucks were located up a hill next door so you had to go to the walk to the truck go back and confirm the truck so it was a little dangerous for a single woman to do by herself. It was actually quite scary. Someone with U-Haul needs to drive and take a look at this area and make suggestions to them and also tell them that they need to be there during the hours that they advertise they are there.Monica N.
I want to give no stars but here I am. Please do not rent Uhaul from here, the truck was dirty, stinky, and sticky, there was no agent to help me when I picked up the truck, this place is sketchy as it can get. If you're alone trying to rent a truck I would not recommend this place. I was charged for utility and furniture dolly even though I didn't pick it up. Imagine getting charged $25 for cleaning just to pick up the dirtiest truck. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE, thanks!Sumedh K.
There is always an issue with my reservation, which is not an issue with this location, but with Uhaul. I've had to either go to a different location, been put in a larger truck (which cost more in gas and mileage), or like this last time received no truck at all. I have yet to receive the "$50 guarantee" they always have listed. Also, this last time when I called to speak with a representative regarding my reservation, I waited on hold for over 30min and the person I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and had a horrible attitude. in fact she hung up on me. When I called back and spoke with someone (who was very helpful), I was told a manager would contact me within 2 business days. It's been over a week and have yet to hear from anyone.Shade O.
This was the worst decision I have made in a while, DO NOT GO TO THIS DISGUSTING LOCATION AND EXPECT ANYTHING BUT THE RUDEST MOST IGNORANT INCOMPETENT FOOL YOU HAVE EVER MET TO HELP WITH THE ALREADY STRESSFUL TASK OF MOVING A WHOLE APARTMENT. This PLACE should first be condemned. THE EMPLOYEE STATED TO RETURN THE TRUCK BY 10am, I arrived at 10:07 due to the Police having a road block directly in front of the location not only was the shop closed and no one answered the phone after calling literally ALL DAY over 20 times she returns my call the next morning claiming she was there the whole day. Absolutely too much to type but for starters it should not take 30 minutes to check out a reserved cargo van and I should not have to call about charges to later find out the van that I'm driving and is currently now loaded not checked out to me. Correct I picked up the van but you had no record I was in it now what would have happened if I had gotten pulled over by the Police? No one thinks about things of that nature... Would I have a record for driving a truck that isn't checked out? This experience was horrific to say the least.vera M.

I had previous reservations earlier this week from other stores and dealers. Everyone else was a problem. I looked this location up and reserved. Upon arrival, the worker was already outside waiting with the keys. Easy, fast and efficient! Don't let the location deter you. Will definitely use again!LATASHA C.
