The drop off at Aspen storage was challenging. We arrived at night and the location had almost no signage. We drove back and forth on Clearwater Road and finally saw a large truck parked in the parking lot that had a sign on it that said Aspen storage. The storefront has multiple signs on the windows for various businesses and Aspen Storage and U-Haul were hard to distinguish. It was very dark and not at all obvious that we were in the correct location.

Karen kuechleThis online check-in business is awful. The confirmation email told me to go to the above location. When I started the online process, I was instructed to go to another site. I then had to call customer service to figure out where my truck was. The people physically at these sites has no idea about my reservation, because this stupid online checkout shit leaves then out of it. I drove all over town trying to figure this crap out. The process is too long, there were some issues with your server responding. Overall it took almost 2 hours to get my truck.

Jana AlmI don’t know why I was instructed to drop off at this location when there was a UHaul within a mile of my drop off location. Plus there was no one at this location to help me and I had to get a stranger to help me. I preferred a place that was opened

steve knutsonThey charged us extra money because both Uhaul and the manager at this location lied to us that dropping our truck off at 6 pm would be fine and then backed out saying they never said it. I know damn well the calls are recorded and you can go back and listen to TWO different Uhaul employees say 6 pm was fine. If I ever move again I will hand walk all my crap to the new house before I use Uhaul again.

dale evansASPEN charged me $127.50 for an hour and a half just to pick up and drop of the u haul truck from the St Cloud, UHaul location, this is unacceptable!!! If ASPEN had told me this, which they did not, I would have never ASPEN pick up the uhaul and drop it off for me, I would have done that myself. ASPEN is a rip off!!!

LARRY SWANSONPatrick told me that the lock he wanted to buy was originally $60 but would sell it to me for $15 to help us out because we waited for like 45 minutes. I didn't want the lock, he talked me into buying the lock for $10 and said he was giving me a really good deal. When I got to the Uhaul in Brooklyn Park, they were on sale for less than $10 and the normal prices was only $11.99. Can't stand liars. We were there over an hour, it just took a really long time and they weren't organized or together but they were really nice. Also, they didn't tell us that we needed to keep the contract with us on hand whilst driving it, which luckily we did. We also needed that contract for their 1 month FREE special. These are vital details that need to be shared.

Not well lit area or clean or inviting.
