pick up was scheduled for 8:30am, when I originally booked I requested a counter pick up. Counter pick up wasnt available as the store didn't open until 9am. I had to download the app for the pickup which had a plethora of hiccups and connectivity issues. I called the Uhaul help phone number and sat on hold for 20+ minutes. I assumed I could just wait till the store opened at 9am, as their hours displayed, but they never opened at 9am, or 9:15am. Eventually, I reached someone from Uhaul on the phone and they provided me with the code to the lockbox for the key. My 8:30 pickup was a 9:15+ pickup and it threw my entire day of moving behind. Very disappointing service!

RUSHIKUMAR AI did the rental and return in store rather than online. The staff at the location were very nice but not trained on how to use the U-Haul rental system. This resulted in errors and extra charges on my credit card as a result. Proper training ensures things are done right, saves everyone time and avoids complaints afterwards. If you use this location just make sure you know how to do everything online yourself.
