We arrived at 8 am to pick up the trailer. No one answered the door even though the sign on the door said "open 8 am". No lights were on at business. Called the number indicated and was told that it should be open. Waited till 8:30 then left for 10 minutes and when we got back at 8:45 it was open. Paper work took 20 minutes even though all info was entered online. Didn't leave with trailer till 9:15 which put us and hour behind. One of the employees, a young mechanic (?) Was very helpful.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnly thing that was annoying was it had snowed and the unit was covered in snow with no snow brush.
