I had some problems with the check in using my phone. I had two units under different contracts and the system wouldn't let me leave the first unit after checking it in. Call to customer service and it was taken care of easily. Great job.

After dropping off with same amount of gas at pick up I was still charge for over 3 1/2 gallons of gas ! The guy was a smart mouth! I called spoke to the dust manager and he refunded the charge! I will not use them again I have used them twice and both times has been problems

One worker tried twice to get manager to come out of the office to help us. I finally walked down to the office where the manager was sitting in his chair doing nothing. He never did come out of the office. Unhooking and parking was totally on us to do.

I saw mixed results on Yelp but I ran with this location anyway as it was local. It was a great experience. Very helpful staff and very happy with everything. Highly recommend.

The van was very dirty when we picked it up. No walk through was done for assessing damage or pre existing flaws of the vehicle. We felt very rushed when picking the truck up and not very well taken care of as customers. When we called in regarding our concerns, we felt like no one cared about our issues with the service and we never even got a sincere apology. As of right now, I would not recommend or use Uhaul for future services until the issues are taken care of, compensated or at least apologized for. I am a very displeased customer! Three weeks ago we used Uhaul and had issues as well. Im not impressed or happy at all!

Location was closed on my Saturday return. I attempted to use the UHaul App to check trailer in. I have iPhone 7 with latest updates. It was impossible to upload a photo. The upload method was unlike I've ever seen. I'm very experienced in IT. The App really needs improvement. Also...cell signal was really weak at this location making it all that more difficult Thanks for listening.

Shoulda told us you were closed when we picked up the truck. I was in the office twice and you could have helped with all the photos and authorization stuff.

Our pick up was great. The gentleman checking us in was very friendly and had the truck and trailer all hooked up and ready to go for us which was great since we were in a hurry to get my help back on the road with his child. I appreciated all his help.

U-Haul is notorious in this community and neighboring ones to be highly unreliable regarding if a vehicle will be available the day of reservation. Highly, highly frustrating. For people moving or who have commercial jobs at hand, not getting the vehicle as promised or blowing untold hours chasing the ghost of a reserved vehicle is a huge time waster and frankly, inconsiderate. After 50+ years in business you would think U-Haul would have this figured out.

The truck was smelly and the seat was hard to move, but the guy who checked us in was super nice. You hire good people, maybe just better upkeep on the trucks.

When we first rented the U-Haul we had extra days added on to it and now they are trying to charge us over $100 for the days that were given to us on top of keeping the hundred and $29 originally. So renting a U-Haul one-way for 89 miles for $300 is it definitely not worth it

Better instructions for how the 24/7 truck rental process happens and what information will be required at the time of pick up. Specifically, explain that contact information will be needed for other people/employers and that they will have to answer a phone call to verify the renter’s identity.

After renting many times from UHaul over the past few months I was very disappointed that we were charged for an extra day when the truck was returned only 2 hours past the 24 hour period. We even called the location the day before around 4pm and let them know that we would not be returning the truck by 6 as we had initially thought. The person we spoke to said no problem, we would have until 4pm on the 1st. I said nothing at the time when we checked the truck in as there were other customers there I did not want to discourage. It's not the cost that bothers me, but don't tell me one thing and then change it. We have other options within a 20 mile radius that we will probably go to for our next rental. I will be contacting UHaul Customer Center.

Excellent service from the staff at Astoria Mini Storage. Love the Ford van. Only improvement could be a ramp for easier loading of larger items. Will definitely rent again if needed.

After Hours Drop off. Vehicles are parked off of the asphalt in a gravel area. Had to walk around mud and puddles to try and avoid dragging it into the cab of the truck.

Stop dropping reservations. Telling customer pickup location is one area and then day of Move changing pickup location. Very frustrating

The truck was clean except for the inside of windshield. Also, the radio worked only intermittently. It is not what I would expect for paying over $100 for a day use of a moving truck. The gentleman whom we worked with was quite friendly and helpful.

They said it will be about 25 an hour. It came out to be over 100 for about 4 hours, 30 minutes of driving from Astoria to Warrenton. The rest of the time was loading and unloading. The person behind the desk said "it's the same rate for the whole day"

The inside of the cab had some items left by a previous user. I would not recommend this location because of the very limited hours that someone is available to help. Having rented 3 trucks from this location recently I had issues with 2 of the 3 trucks. When I did talk with a staff member they were friendly and somewhat helpful but were unable to resolve one financial issue and unfortunately were not available when it was discovered that the requested furniture pads were missing.

I prefer dealing with people rather than the use of a phone when picking up and dropping off a truck... missing packing pads would have been caught before driving away.... 3 weeks ago when renting from this location there were other issues that could have been avoided.... nice people at this location, I just wish their hours were such that I could deal with them directly.

Would've liked to have gotten the van I reserved weeks ago instead of the small truck that I ended up with. When sorting this out at the location, the person on the phone who was talking to the Astoria Mini Storage guy about my reservation said that someone had called me and left a voicemail about the change in vehicles. I saw that I had a missed call from a number associated with U-Haul, but I never received a voicemail.

They were prompt, friendly, and even called me to let me know the vehicle I requested wasn’t available (unexpectedly) and offered a larger truck at no extra cost. After filling things out and about to leave the building the vehicle I originally wanted pulled up early and I got to use it. Good experience will definitely go to them from now on for any moving/storage needs.
