Lots of room to park trailer and uhaul truck.
MITCHELL CI rented a 10" truck to transport load(s) to the local dump. The truck broke down after only 16 miles driven. It took 7 hours for repair services to arrive. There was a very significant radiator leak that caused the break down. I was unable to complete the tasks that I planned and wasted most of my day in waiting for repair services. Regardless, the location manager chose to charge me $58.37 for the truck rental even though I was unable to fully use it for my intended purpose. From now on I will chose one of several other locations to work with when I need rental services and will not again use this location.
Theodore BCustomer service was great.
Tracie KA special phone call was made to the manager so that I could get the rate of 99 cents per mile. I was charged had a $1.19 per mile. This is not what I agreed upon. Also I picked up the van with 1/3 fuel and I dropped it off with 1/4 fuel and I was charged for fuel I would like a credit back to my account this is wrong.
