There were some compunctions issues in the beginning but it was straitened out quickly. Very pleasant young woman behind the counter us was the utmost respect. I would go back again and would also refer others to this facility

They were nice and helpful and quite personable. However: Given the fact that I had to PERSONALLY. 1. Disconnect the trailer AND I did not have to 2. Return the blankets that I did not buy 3. Return the dolly that I did not buy. I thought it was BS that you charged me $28.50 for gas. Granted, it's only $28.50, but..... I think it would have been a nice gesture of "thanks for doing our job for us and returning our gear that you could have just as easily stolen, and no one would have noticed", to waive the $28.50 gas surcharge. That's how I would do business; but that's just me.

Joseph BThe check engine light was a on and they changed me most of my deposit I don't think spending as much gas money that I did because it was a gas problem so I think I should get my entire money back and or a free hula in the future
MELANIE SAfter making reservations and calling to confirm, there was no 15’ truck available upon arrival. The system made us call where we were on the phone for an hour. We were force to use a truck that was too large, we never received the hand truck we paid for. We had to spend extra money on gas for a truck that size and had to spend more money to secure our belongings and we lost valuable time for our move in the daylight struggling to pick up a vehicle. I was so upset. It was a very poor experience.
