truck was not clean and the computer equipment and process was too slow. The 26' truck was certainly not a "gentle ride" as advertised. The truck had a front end wobble issue at highway speeds (above 50 mph) Very annoying considering the long distance I was traveling! In addition, I reserved the truck one month in advance and didn't receive notice that the truck was not available until the previous day. I had to located one on my own, a Somers Point, NJ dealer assisted me with the reservation at the last moment. Not very happy with the U-Haul experience, especially considering how much money was spent on this!Kenneth S.

Just let the customers be aware that if it isn't an actual uhaul location they have to be prepared to download the app, sign in and live verify and all that and some people may not have the best internet out there and have a hard time signing in to live verify to get the keysRoberto V.

They are very good, but I do not recommend that they rent in an alternative position such as a gas station, because it is a problem, I had many complaints from the owner of the positionAngel R.
Dropped truck off and owner refused to accept. Said there was no where to park truck. Wanted me to drive it to another location in nj. Then yesterday received bill for cleaning truck and late fee.We only moved 2 beds,it didn't need cleaning. Dropped truck off @215 on Sunday,same day I picked it up ,so there is no late fee. This owner of drop off was just trying to get back at me for refusing to take truck to other location.Reported it to place I picked up truck,who referred me to Jasmine Cruz who said she would refer complaint to a manager who should be calling me back.Dale B.
