Apparently this is just a drop off or pick up locations and they do not look over them. Not a good idea for U-Haul to do that. First of all, the tire pressure was low when my husband started driving it. Then they said the tank was at a half, but it was more 3/8 of a tank. He went to the U-Haul place in Absecon on the way home and said we either had to call for roadside or take it somewhere and have it fixed and U-Haul would reimburse us. We had to pack the truck up and this is the last thing we wanted to do! We wanted to get home and pack so we could leave!

OLIVIER NTerrible customer service, I arrived at the Food Mart, I told him that I had come to return my rental and I tried to ask something about some extra miles that I did not use, he sent me to the pump attendant, and when I went with him, he did not know how to answer what I asked him, he just told me to contact U-haul directly as if I was not in a U-haul branch.
Randy LHe tried to scam me and demanded I pay cash well over the amount of the truck then gave me the truck with no contact only to cancel my contract after I left out with truck
Clarkiya wEverything went well
