False Advertising, ad said $20. By the end of it all, I was charged $170. Would’ve been better off just voting to the actual U-haul location and got a better deal

david rHad a hard time getting the truck was on the phone for almost an hour. Last time I rented a u haul I went in and paid with cash and I reserved it on line this time was a nightmare. I didn’t take pictures until I got to the location I was moving out of cause it was poring rain outside. I put 30 of gas in the truck cause there was like none when I received it. I didn’t take pictures until until after I put the gas in so I was charged 9.60 for gas. Then I was supposed to pay 148 and something for the truck and I paid 154 something. So no one could tell me why. So not happy
Marie MThere is no sign for U-Haul indicating that this is the proper drop off location. There is no address listed. It was listed as a Foodmart when in reality it’s a gas station/Food Mart. One of the attendance was rude and screaming at us to move the truck when we were confused as to what we were supposed to do.
