The did not have much windshield washer fluid, which was not known at the time of rental. I ran out of it quickly while driving in icy conditions and with a lot of road spray from other traffic.

It's not Atlantic Tire it's U-Haul it's self as main office I didn't like the idea of paying more because you don't keep records and I have contacted my attorney because my wife and I filed bankruptcy in June of 2024 so that was to be a write off

Make sure it’s clean, correct mileage, correct gas mileage that is half full because was charged extra for it for putting back the same amount it was at before we drove off. Make sure to take a picture of all there’s things I mentioned above.

The owner was great and the process of renting was easy. He was very helpful each time I called with questions and was easy to deal with. The only issue was nothing he could do anything about but there was very low internet signal at this location so I wasn’t able to do the check in online with photos etc. that was frustrating to me. I would’ve been very frustrated to have attempted to do the 24/7 online check in after hours. Not sure it would’ve worked to get things processed.

Don't overcharge people and try to make them pay for an extension they didn't get also 200 for 2 and a half days is way too much to pay for the U-Haul and it's not right
