Sites were great - uhaul itself was not very friendly or helpful. Sent a message at 6:58 pm. (when close at 7) and said we needed to call before we could drop off a vehicle. We had to then stay in a hotel and drive extra miles to wait for uhaul to open. First woman at uhaul said we needed to go to a different location and then second woman was rude and basically said too bad on all of this!

Our set pick up time was 8:00. The representative did not show up until 8:15 and then said he still had to check in and clean the vehicle. We were not able to leave the location until 8:45. The building to check in was a disaster... tires and junk everywhere. Reminded me of the show “hoarders”. Will not use this location again nor will I recommend it. The truck itself was fine but the experience picking it up was not... very poor customer service/experience.

Charles is a wonderful representative of Uhaul. I've used Uhaul many times over the years and, honestly, Charles made it the best experience I've had to date. He was well planned for my rental. The equipment was immaculately clean and ready for use. I would highly recommend this Uhaul location.

Picking up the truck was a hassle--an hour and a half!--PLUS I got a bill for over $2500 because they wrote down the mileage from the wrong truck AND they didn't fill the gas tank! Good thing I took a picture of the dash before and after rental!

Once again, things were tight, needs more space. Nothing to do with either location: 55mph is very slow for a long distance. I have a lot of professional experience loading trailers, and I know I had the weight distributed very well. That being said the design of these trailers makes them very un-stable at speed. I recommend a different design when you update your fleet in the future.

Great services and good prices in my opinion! Truck was nice and new drove it 70+ miles and used 10 gallons! The big 26FT truck did much better on gas then I would have imagined!

Called Customer service to do the drop off, and I did not try online first due to not having good reception, representative answered right away and told me I had to try online first, so hung up and of course as I anticipated could not connect to my location (and yes my location was on), so called back and waited and waited, and at the same time my sister called the number and with in minutes she got a representative on the phone, I had been on hold for over 15 minutes at this time, so I got on the phone and they did the manual drop off. As for the pick up and due to your online pick service we were an hour late/behind schedule, and you had the nerve to charge for an additional amount of going over 10 miles on the anticipated mileage , which I am not sure how that can be, unless your route was different than what we took.
