The truck was not ready and had to wait almost 45 minutes due to truck came in over weekend a d guy had to check in. No apology.

There was very little space available for returns.
Heidi HThe average rating I have this location is not a negative comment. It's a nice, small, local shop that provides great service. U-Haul's customer service needs an overhaul. I reserved a trailer with the local guy, then a person from corporate called and said I couldn't reserve the trailer because they were intended to be "one-way rentals." If you have a customer who wants your product, GIVE IT TO THEM AND MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER! In my opinion, U-Haul corporate needs to restructure from the top (CEO) down.

Debra MAtlantic was the only place I could get a tow dolly, the closer places did not carry them and Atlantic only had one available for the day, it was all I needed, but there seems to be a limited amount of things like car trailers and tow dollies in my area.
