ROBERT RI'm a little suspicious about mt check-in. I dropped off the trailer at 8:30 this morning with over a day left available for my use. I just received my "drop off" receipt via email a few minutes ago that said I dropped it off at 2:54 this afternoon. Was that a clerical error or did someone use my trailer and my excess time? I'm only concerned because if they had wrecked it on my time, I'm afraid U-Haul would've held me responsible because technically, I hadn't turned it in yet..

Rick LThe app process was difficult. I provided all my information when I made the booking, but had to take multiple steps to re-enter much of the same information I provided in the booking. I chose my pickup and drop off, yet it made me enter my current location (where else would I be when picking it up?) and made me choose my drop off location even though I had already determined where that was in the booking. The drop off choice was limited to one location that was an hour from where I planned to drop it off. Take the information given during booking and use that to process the pickup. Standing in 90 degree sun on my phone to go through all these steps again wasn’t great and kept me from getting on the road for an additional twenty minutes.

Madonna VRented a U haul for 2 days only needed it for one day my card got charged $157. I paid an extra $14 for a dolly that wasn’t in my U Haul. Returned it got told I was going to just be charged $86. My card was charged the full $157. Called to see if I would be getting a refund and Shawn just seemed very pissed about my phone call. “My brother told you, you would be refunded in 3-5 days” meanwhile I was never told a time. Before the phone call with Shawn he left a voicemail on my phone and my phone doesn’t allow calls to numbers that I don’t know without asking who it was and he said “it’s Shaun, I hate this”. This place needs work on their customer service and how they talk to people and treat them. If you don’t like your job maybe don’t do it.

johnny bThe first response that I received upon arrival is that this location does not accept trailer returns. This was the second location I tried to return the trailer to after the first refused the trailer return. After a little conversation, the worker said he would accept the trailer only if I agreed to return the 15 foot truck as well to this location. I had no objection, but had not emptied the truck yet. I emptied the truck that evening and I returned it to him the next morning with no other issues. Disappointing that these locations are picking and choosing what they will accept on returns. Maybe they are not compensated enough on the small equipment by U-Haul?

Daniel DThis is the only reputable U haul in the Venice/Nokomis area. I was sent to 2nother I hula before I found this one, and after 50 minutes I still didn't have a truck. They required an unreasonable amount of personal information With attic self storage, I was met by a couterious man who have me in and out I'm about 10 minutes. If you need a u haul, the ONLY choice is attic self storage. Avoid all u haul dealers who don't have a real representative present on site, especially for the signing of the contract.
