JOHN WWe rented a truck to drive across country. The gentleman who was at the desk had prepared the truck himself. He was very professional and everything was ready to go. I had noted that this location had higher ratings than some of the other locations and I was glad I chose it.

Daniel AThe location and equipment are excellent. The app however, is terrible. I could not check in. The app kept freezing. If the owner were not on the premises, I would have had to wait for an hour while my moving team were waiting on me. The owner asked if I had an android, which I do. He said that the app only works consistently with iPhone. Message received U-Haul. Do better.

Thomas BPlace of pickup was great, Staff was great. But the truck we got needs to be Fixed. Water was leaking into cab, into the a piller panels when it rained on us. We got wet on our trip home. Was not to happy about that.

They took care of everything we needed on the phone ,walked us through everything. we were not able to be present when our house sold, and they helped the movers get it all in.
