Rosa GI did everything thru the app because it looked like no one was in the office. I didn’t go in so they may have been in the back. But a sign would have been nice letting me know help was there if I needed it. App is great

FRANCISCO NLocation was hard to find. GPS from the reservation took us to a Denton location and we almost missed our reservation. The app experience was also horrible. I was not able to upload pictures of the rental before leaving location. The truck was dirty and we had to clean it before using it. The transmission slipped, luckily we weren’t going far.

KAREN BMake sure that people aren't being called before pick up time that certain equipment is not available.
TONY VThe drop off location has no place to rally park the truck. I just pulled it in front of the office door and the truck was too large and stuck out in the parking lot drive area.
