Pls disregard the anything after the first two questions. The location was closed upon arrival so I didn't interact with anyone but everything was pretty clear as far as instructions or directions on the site. Clean area but no personnel help.

Babatunde AThe vehicle’s tire pressure was low, and I had to ask the attendant to air up the driver‑side rear tire. Because of the warning message, I couldn’t even confirm the odometer during the pre‑check. That’s unacceptable, and it cut into my delivery time. Additionally, I returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had at pickup, yet the attendant insisted I add more or be charged. I showed photos, but he stated it didn’t matter.
Donald HMaybe it just happened to be the time I went in as it was my first experience with them, but there seem to be a lot of activity in there for just one employee to handle. I waited for quite some time and my check-in process was very cumbersome due to the fact that I had to use my app.
Sharon CTruck was older and over 100,000 miles, but it seemed to run and drive fine. It does sound like it has a minor exhaust leak because I could smell the exhaust in the cab and you could definitely hear it.

FRANCISCO NLocation was hard to find. GPS from the reservation took us to a Denton location and we almost missed our reservation. The app experience was also horrible. I was not able to upload pictures of the rental before leaving location. The truck was dirty and we had to clean it before using it. The transmission slipped, luckily we weren’t going far.

TONY VThe drop off location has no place to rally park the truck. I just pulled it in front of the office door and the truck was too large and stuck out in the parking lot drive area.
