Truck was not available at the pick up time despite confirmation. I had ordered rugs and a utility cart (dolly) that this rental place doenst provide. However these items were confirmed as available when I made the order. The whole experience was a great source of inconvenience and truck was not in good condition.

I booked the 10ft truck for August 1st on July 29th I double checked my order at the store. I also went there personally to make sure everything was fine so I could pick up the car on August 1st. Because I booked a storage and got two helpers for the move. All in all when I got there on August 1st they said we didn't have a truck and I was shocked because they didn't even give me heads up I would miss the elevator I booked and I had to pay a lot of money to the helper and they told me you have to go to another location which was 12km away from my pick up location, guess what, when i got there, the guy said all our trucks were already booked, imagine how I felt like on my moving dayyyyy I was so frustrated, they didn't even check the availability of the other location before sending me there, when I came back they told me (after wasting 1 hour of my time): “there is nothing we could do and call customer service.” I tried to call customer service and no-one answered after waiting 40mins on the line I was so pissed After wasting one and half hour I almost missed my elevator and Bunch of money to pay helpers to keep them waiting there for me And finally after disgusting argument and wasting too much energy with impolite owner and their staff they gave me bigger truck and they charged my credit card by regular price and this was not the end of story…. Guess what!!!! i drove only 7Miles but they charged me for 20miles and they said they forgot to adjust the milage in my contract and if I didn't took before after picture I wouldn't be able to prove it.

Was informed an hour and a half before our pick up time that we needed to go to another location further away to pick up van. Little was done to make up for being informed last minute of this.

The dolly I reserved was not available at the time of pickup. Thankfully it turned out I didn't need it so it was fine. Other than that, the rental process was smooth.

They cancelled my reservation in the last minute. They didn't provide me with furniture dolley I have reserved with the vehicle, I had to accept the vehicle as I don't have another option. Vehicles turn light isn't working, looks like they are not even performing basic checks for lights.

As I already wrote yesterday on pick-up: ---------------------------------------------- Today I rented a van just for few hours. Already returned it successfully few hours ago at the same location. Few notes to point out: 1. I did all the preparation online, including check-in process. And I did indicate my credit card details online already. IIRC your website itself suggested to do so, in order to reduce the risk my credit card would be compromised when presented at the office. Then I was surprised when I was picking up – I was asked to show the credit card at the pick-up office. 2. The van itself was not in proper condition. On picking up we did make videos but unfortunately had no time to talk to the office clerks regarding the condition: 2.1. Parking brake release handle was broken. 2.2. Lights were not working at the left rear side - turn signal & stop signal. 3. When making my order yesterday I have added a dolly. But at the office I was told there is no dolly available. If I knew beforehand, I would be prepared and rented one at some other place yesterday. But today at the office I had no time to check for other places to rent a dolly. It means our moving was more stressful and difficult, and took much longer time without one. Could you please check. Thanks. Regards, Baylan Kan-ool. ----------------------------------------------

Big issues existed in my today's rental experience in terms of quality of truck, very very wrong billing, computer glitch that they mentioned was cause of billing issues , wrong directions to contact customer service which I did and was not helpful at all, not enough direction and explanation in the start. All this lead to cancellation of my account with UHAUL and my might not to use UHAUL anymore unless as a very last resort. I see today's issue not an issue with the store but on UHAUL brand.

I drove 41 miles only and filled 2 times gasoline(16.863L+22.485L=39.348L), the gas meter still is wrong number(no change at all). I think that gas meter has problem.

Very poor customer service as U haul was very nasty covered with human faeces.

I had called this location before they closed as my reservation was after the store closed. The staff on the phone assured that there would be a key in a lock box at the back of the building. We showed up to the location on time, and tried to check in on the U-Haul website but we're denied access to the lock box. I had to call the U-Haul customer service, and we had to wait over 40 minutes for the owner of this location to personally give us the keys. This was extremely inconvenient, and delayed our entire move out process. I was lied to you by the staff of this location during the first phone call, and we were not compensated at all from this rental location. I will never rent from here again.

I was overcharged the website said there would be 89 cents per kilometer plus 19. 95.. in fact I was charged 1.43 per kilometer + 19. 95 V distance I traveled was 50 km therefore I was overcharged a total of $27

I have rented twice this week. First in Sunday. The truck was dirty inside. Upon check in I notified you it was dirty in mobile check in. When returned I put it as dirty and left a message that I should not be charged for cleaning but I still have the charge of 20 fir something. Then in Wednesday I rented a another truck. The charge was 77 dollars over all but my card was charged for 185 for some reason I tried to call but nobody responded.

Not able to pay with debit, just credit. The van was not clean. I refuelled the van to the same level as provided and U-haul charged me with extra fuel. Although booked in advance, no dolly was provided.

Online check in didn't work had to pick up the rent next morning. Had to kept the vehicle for 1 extra day and they put a $100 penalty for keeping it one extra day on top of the rental fees. Very disappointed.

Van was dirty, and the gas was not full when I picked it up even though they said it would be. I was told to bring it back at the same gas level as I picked it up, but then I was charged an extra $20 for not having it completely full. Would not recommend.

Uhaul needs to be more accurate on the gas gauge reading when signing out the rental. We took a photo of the gas gauge and it was much less than what Uhaul inputted on the contract. Therefore overcharging me on the gas when it was returned. I tried contacting them by their email provided and received no response.

COMMUNICATION. I was not told to fill up with gas. I assumed the mileage fee was covering that. Lucky that I asked about gas refill. Was never given a receipt for the pick up. Was not told how much the deposit was. Was not told how the deposit concept works and that they would charge my card more than what I would pay. Was not not told at counter about the drop process and the additional fee I could incur if I don;t follow their procedure. I basically walked out of there with no paper work and no instruction. The young man had some issues with talking to people and so it came off as being dismissive. though I'm sure he didn't mean to be. I would not return to this location. My service was not good. Though the other team members seemed very responsive and willing to help. Unfortunately I was not served by them.

I used the truck only for 5 miles but the back charged me for 105 miles. I was said the gas is range 5 but it was at 4 1/2 n not accurate .. I tried to get my money back , still no answer to my request

Advise which equipment is not available when booking online. For example - I booked a furniture dolly and furniture coverings but they did not have either nor was I notified until I checked the cargo area and confirmed with the rental.
