I was not able to check in online and return the van. The website and app didn't let me to return the van , I had to leave it as it is and they did it on behalf me the next day, but they charged me extra for it. I didn't ask to did it, I was ready to return it myself, but the app didn't work. Not renting from this company again. It was on purpose to charge me extra!
