But I have issue on pricing, the estimate was 58 dollars and at the end I got charge for 98!!! And I returned the truck even 1 hour earlier than the time I supposed to!

I had reserved the truck with a dolly three days in advance for Saturday at 4 PM. Only 2 hours before my pickup time, this branch called me and said they didn’t have a dolly and there was nothing they could do. Because of that, I had to pay several extra hours of U-Haul rental time and ended up buying a dolly from Home Depot since no other U-Haul branches were open at that time for me to rent one from. I honestly don’t understand how your reservation system works, but if you accept reservations, you should first make sure you actually have the inventory and capability to fulfill them before confirming bookings.
Alireza AFor first-time U-Haul drivers, clear instructions should be provided, especially regarding the check-in and check-out process. It would be helpful to explain everything step by step in advance. In my case, I dropped off the key first and then had to figure out the photo upload and checkout process afterward. It was a bit confusing, but I managed to complete it. That said, the van was very clean and well-maintained, which made the overall experience positive.
Emmanuel RI have had occasion to rent a van from this location perhaps 8 or more times over the last 3 years. I reserve in advance, pick up the vehicle and I'm off. No hassle,smooth as silk. Never a problem. Great service in my experience.
