The locations website and uhauls reservation email indicated that the store was open 10 am to 5pm. The sign on the door of the store said 10am to 5pm. We walked in at 2:30pm to return the trailer and was told by the attendant that was there watching TV that the store closed at 2pm. This person refused to help us. We dropped the trailer and checked out online. Terrible place.Jamie T.

No one there. Sign on the door with phone number I called. The man on the other end was very cordial and told me to just leave the keys in the box which I did. He was also helpful when it turned out I needed to keep the trailer and take it back to Texas. Good experience but I always prefer to see a Mark I human being when I give you back your property.Terry K.

Unfortunately, there are not many choices in the Ruston area. The dirt lot was full thanks to students moving to LA Tech. Messy because it had rained a lot. We picked up before it opened using the app so Idk about the staff. U-Haul needs to improve the process. I asked for Minden. Confirmation showed Bossier. Called and finally found a truck in Ruston. However, when I used the app to pick up the truck, the location was still showing Minden even though I'd called the day before to have this corrected. The people were nice and helpful talking me through the app. I'd checked in online the night before we made the 4.5 hour drive but it didn't help. Process needs to be more simiple.Richard Keith W.

This location worked hard and stayed an hour after closing to get me a truck! He was so kind and curteous and even pulled the truck out for me since my husband was in a meeting and couldn't come when the truck was available.Elizabeth M.
The tires were completely bald in the front with no tread I had to wait hours to get that fixed when I should have been on the road but instead was on the side of the road with my children then I finally make it to my destination and unload the truck start to clean it to return and notice a bat hidden behind the seats pull it out and a vial of powder comes out that we think is herion had to call the cops he agrees that it looks to be sent for testing so I literally drive across the country with drugs in my uhaul with my 2 children horrible experience that could have been avoided if they would have properly cleaned and checked truckNatalie L.

The place is filthy and the man that runs the place has rated R language. I bet I heard 50 F bombs in the 20min visit . He was super nice but not professional at all. I also had to hook up my trailer and assist to fix the rear door just to leave. Again nice guy, but I would never go back or recommend anyone going there. This gentleman was a savior! My reservation was rescheduled three times and when I got to the pick up location there was NO TRUCK. I called the 1-800 number and the lady called him and he cancelled another reservation to get me the truck. I had an exhibit that was supposed to be in Jennings on Wednesday and it got their Friday because of all of the back and forth that happened with my reservation. Without him doing what he did I would have never gotten the whole thing down there in time for their opening on Monday.Marcie N.
Our originally location was on cook town. No one notified us that it had changed anddddd we had the 224/7 pickup drop off which is and was not the case at all. Thankfully the gentleman here was able to help us earlier than his opening time. Your customer service hold time was almost an hour at 7:30 in the morning. Not charge a person for days that they were not using are in possession of your merchandise, we was charged for 2- days and only had the truck for 1-day to me that's being cheated and should be against the lawjoe C.

When I got there to turn into the parking lot, there's no room to put the truck. I had to maneuver around some man working on his stereo system. He had all of his car doors open, there was no room on the lot whatsoever to hardly park the truck. I park the truck and got out of there as quick as possible. I would not recommend Uhaul at this point to anyone after this fiasco.christy E.

Location was dirty, and it smelled terrible from cigarette smoke. In addition, I downgraded from a 15' to a 10' and he only lowered the base rate $5 when it shows to be upwards of $80 online.MICHAEL B.
