My husband had to bribe the employee with 20 bucks to take our trailer yesterday when we went to drop it off. He was refusing to take the equipment said they didn't take trailer is back on Sundays. my husband said the location reeked of cigarette smoke, and noted that all the lights appear off because he was tired of people trying to drop off trailers. This was about 3:00 o'clock yesterday afternoonalexis M.
Drop off was so easy! We went inside the business just because they were open and asked if we needed to do anything, but we didn't have to do that. We dropped it off and the next day received a notice that all was good!Anne or Marc H.

Logging online was a hassle. At first, It kept saying my password was wrong. Online, I chose the 12' U-haul to rent and ended up being given the 15'(not what I wanted/needed). Picking up the vehicle was a hassle. There was no one available at the site, even though it didn't close until 6pm. I had to call the guy's number on the door, but by the time he called back, another guy renting, who was also waiting, had figured it out and was attempting to talk me through it. Before time to turn in my vehicle I tried logging in to extend my time on renting, and the website kept logging me out. When the worker called (because I hadn't turned it in yet) he was the one to tell me I couldn't extend because someone else had already reserved to rent it(vs the website telling me.) Then I got charged for another whole day instead of for the extra time I had the vehicle. Ended up paying $200 for a little over one day of renting( 15' w/auto protection). That's ridiculous, when proper communication would have been better, and I could've decide I did not want use this rental service.Erica T.

The employee was just cursing for no reason. Terrible customer service. They gave us a truck with flat tires and We were swerving on the way to Texas . We couldn't get a new truck because we didn't want to move all of our furniture to a new vehicle.NAOMI H.
We rented a 26' truck that we weren't able to use because the owner of the location was not there even though online it says open from 11 am to 6 pm. So we had to downgrade to a 15' truck because it was the only one available for self-service.Labrittany T.

My reservation was placed at a more earlier date to pick up Uhaul truck in West Monroe but I got notified a day before actual pick up that the location and pick up time had all been changed. When I notified my customer of the change a day before the move date they addressed to me that they felt very inconvenient and demanded a rate discount as a compensation. Can ya also compensate me for the loss of finance for that pick up date?MITCHELL F.

I was unaware this location was available for one way pick up. I was super happy the members were super friendly and helpful. Truck looked pretty new. only problem was i made the reservation online and it only listed my driver as having a reserved truck. It also would not allow me to log in after i made the reservation. But that was all fine once we realized the truck was in my son's name for the reservation.Colton T.
