The drop off location was supposed to be open until 2pm. I arrived at 1:30 and they were closed. I was thankful for the self checkout through the app.

For some reason my reservation was moved to this location. The pick up time was moved to 4:30 pm but even the rental location said that they did not know why they said 4:30 pm since they close at 2 pm and had I not show up by 2 I would have not been able to pick up the trailer. This is the kind of thing that could have led to a disaster since they would have been closed the next two days.

MARK QThe truck was very nasty, not clean at all on the inside, service engine light on. Back right tire needed air and the door on the back would unlock when going down the road. All of these issues but once I return it, the man at store was amazing.

komocka bThe parking lot is full of trailers and trucks, to the point you have to move one to get the other out. The store is not clean at all.

BRICE KUnfortunately, this location had one person working. He was the least helpful. The worker at the location was upset that he could not leave an hour early. He told me he could care less what my contract said about helping me with unhooking the car transport trailer. His attitude from the beginning to end was sour. He helped with removing the strap that went around the tires; the rest of the chains, etc. I did my self. He did assist me in backing the vehicle transport trailer. I paid to get help, but did not receive much. The parking lot had so many large pot holes I had to be extra careful in maneuvering the Uhaul truck and parking. This location looks like a junk yard for cars. I would not recommend this site, but in a small town one does not have many choices if any.

MARCIA MChecking in from previous customers have become an issue lately. I rent a lot of trucks and the ppl who check them in don’t record correct gas levels. This truck said 1/2 tank and we returned at 3/8, yet we only drove 14 miles, put $15 in gas in truck and was charged a $23.80 fuel charge. It just doesn’t add up

Alonzo BThere was some confusion about them transferring my reservation to the Grambling location at first, but Andre was extremely helpful and patient. I had to change my plans a few times and he just rolled with the flow. I really appreciated all of his help.
BATES BThere was an employee who helped me load my car onto the tow dolly that I rented because I said I didn’t know how to do it and wasn’t comfortable doing it myself. I was not aware of any financial liability or even offered insurance protection. When I was leaving the gas station, I saw my car moving backwards and had to quickly jump out the U-Haul only to see my car off the dolly and reversing into a nearby parked pick up truck. I called for roadside assistance and when they arrived on the scene, they told me that the car was not tied down correctly and the gentleman gave me his name and number to verify. I filed a report with the local police and also filed for a claim through U-Haul’s insurance. The total damages came out to be roughly $4,000. I understand this is a business and you need to make profit, but if this situation isn’t corrected I can’t recommend U-Haul ever again and I’ve enjoyed their services for years.

TROY Mservice was okay. the truck on the other hand was terrible in comparison to the last one rented here. mirrors rusted, bad breaks, dirty cabin and trailer.
KAYLN MThere was no parking and it felt unsafe. They had none of the equipment I wanted to use with my rental. I’ll never choose this location again. I may never use until again after this experience.
JACKIE CThe area is small and congested. The truck I reserved wasn't available and I wasn't notified until I call to change the time of my pickup. I was also not advised that the smaller truck did not have ramps. This caused me to have to make an additional trip which added more millage. This is the 2nd time this year that that truck was changed without anyone from UHaul contacting me. I am very disappointed in the service. I would like for my last rental to be discount and a refund issued to the credit card that was charged.
Heaven SThe entire parking lot was FULL of pot holes and water. There were vehicles everywhere and that made it awkward for dropping off.
CHRISTY MDirty, dank, dark run down facility. Makes a terrible first impression. Drove 2-1/2hrs to pick up the truck, was told to pee in the yard, toilet was out of order. Once i got into the truck all was fine, but this dealer is NOT a good representative to be the public face and first impression of U-Haul.
JOHN BAbsolutely appalled at this location. 1st I did return the truck with a quarter tank of gas only to get a service charge of 46.20 for 4 gallons of gas that's 10 plus dollars per gallon!!! This location was not safe by any means the people behind the counter were not helpful at all and didn't even talk to me just nodded or grunted didn't answer questions or help at all they seemed irritated because of my race!!!!

Lauren SI reserved a 10 foot truck and the representative laughed and said there wasn’t a 10 foot truck within 500 miles. So I was given a 15 foot truck. I wasn’t asked anything about insurance or protection yet that was added to my bill and I never received a copy of my receipt. The 15 foot truck got very poor gas mileage and cost me extra money that I didn’t plan or ask for. I’ll be using a different rental company in the future.
Steven VReservation was to pickup at 9 a.m. before location opened using the app. App kept freezing up, timing out, or crashing. Had to wait until office opened at 10 a.m.. The guy at the office was helpful but he was having similar problems with his computer. Also I had reserved a utility dolly but none were available. Truck was fine and ran well but otherwise it was a frustrating experience.
Lottie ATruck was reserved online. I never received confirmation that the truck was ready. When we got there he acted like he didn’t know if he would have a truck. The guy was very nice but also not professional at all. What’s the point of making a reservation ahead of time if you’re going to get there & not have a truck??

Donna SCustomer service was rude initially, did not want to help until he couldn't leave because I had unknowingly blocked his personal vehicle in. The equipment is beyond need of preventative maintenance, there was to much play in the steering wheel, the brakes went between spongy to hard and would grind. There was a knock in the engine. If I wasn't an experienced truck driver I wouldn't have been able to control that truck. I was over charged and will not use Uhaul ever again!
