THis was the worse drop off location i have had to deal with no one on site when hours were clearly posted till 6pm and i was there a day early saturday than turn in day 6/13/26 at 3-35 . Had to park in Mcdonalds parking lot not sure was enough room at location. Got out circled whole site knocked on doors called the number that was useless no way to leave a message. So then i went around the block again and pulled into the site and drop keys in drop box. Next morning i get email with $100 extra charges from everything to late turn charge to missiing items. Have tried 3 times to contact site manager with no luck. Will never go back to that location again.
TODD CThe problem with the uhal system was a huge issue. I don't know if updates need to happen to make the system run smoothly when there is a massive amount of people using the server. There needs to be a back up system to reduce the system overload that caused over 2 hour delays. I sat there for almost 2 hours trying to complete pick up information due to the slow system.
Alexandria EWoman at the reception was very courteous and friendly. Swift service and knowledgeable when it comes to my questions.
