The app did not function, it was extremely tedious and hard to check in and had to call customer service to get links; whole process took an hour and cut into rental time

Tan LThis was not a U-Haul location. It was very hard to find.
Laura ANot the friendliest experience. The front door to the location was initially locked. Had to go around back then towards the front again. Uhaul was dirty on the windshield and interior of the cabin was also not as clean as it could be.
