Call before you show up. Location not staffed.
Patrick SThe unit was greasy, rusty and grimy upon pick-up. I was rush by the owner to leave. The greasy rust grimy crap in the trailer ruined about $6k of my personal property. I am a repeat customer and this was the worst experience that I have ever had with U-haul.

Tracy MI rented a 20’ truck, appliance dolly and a dozen furniture pads. I got the truck, it was clean and ran well. However, there was no appliance dolly or furniture pads in the truck. I noted it in the pickup report. Called Uhaul and asked for a refund for the non-existent dolly and furniture pads. Did not get a firm refund commitment. Hopefully I’ll get it soon.
William JIf you need a trailer somewhere, you really need to pay more with the price of gas. $100 is quite insulting.
Bill FVery unprofessional... Location had no dollies available... The guy had to be called to meet me, although I had a reservation... Then he couldn't open the lockbox to retrieve the key, and had to call someone to cut the lock off... Truck only had a quarter tank of gas... U-Haul has gone downhill due to the online only option...
