William EThere was no one at the location when we went to drop the cargo trailer off. We called the 800 number for UHaul and was told to leave it at Auto 1 Detailing and take pictures showing that we left it and that it was dropped off in good condition (the way we picked it up).

ashley sInside of the cab hadn’t been cleaned. Lots of dirt/mud on the floor. Also both doors to the cab were very hard to close all the way - really have to slam them. Check-out and check-in was very quick and easy.

CLAY RIts a bit ridiculous that you pay 30.00 to rent the vehicle then an additional 1.09 a mile then add fuel. Seems a bit excessive on the mileage in my opinion.

Ted CThe truck we had didn't have a very good seal on It so when it started raining the whole inside of the truck got soaked. I understand the trucks are not waterproof but there was a solid stream of water coming into the truck. Thankfully we were getting ready to start our second load and didn't have anything in it to be ruined.

Aaron YSuper easy, quick and clean rental.I did the online pre-Check in. When I arrived the guy was already pulling the truck up. We went inside to finish paperwork, grab some moving blankets and we were done and leaving in less than 10 minutes. (more like 5) When I returned the truck it was much the same. He took the keys, asked if all was alright. I told him there should be plenty of gas... Transaction complete. This is not to say that it wasn't a personable interaction. I couldn't be happier. Great attitude and getting it done energy. It has always taken 10 minutes before just to get a "I'll be with you in a bit." I will be renting from Auto 1 from now on whenever I can. Thanks again.

robert bU-Haul corporation are crooks and I'll never use you guys again I ended up getting a rate that says I was going to pay $257 and by the time I got done I paid 380, that is highway robbery. Like I said I'll never use U-Haul again in my life.. You up charge me $49 for extra mileage that'll be the last money you get from me whoever's reading this check out my customer lifetime value and how much I've spent with you haul

David LThe location is a dirty garage that is completely unprofessional with a large poster and calendar of half naked women on the walls. It's offensive and an extremely poor business environment. The man running it was also not professional or respectful.
