We dropped off our U-Haul on time with extra gas and fewer than the minimum miles and were charged an extra day. I've called twice already to try to get it credited back. The app would not let us check the truck in remotely because it couldn't take a clear picture of the odometer, but we dropped it off and put the keys in the box on time as instructed.

Katerin Vdon’t rent here. they need to fully explain to customers how to return trucks. they charged me an extra day after being told the only thing I needed to do was drop the key in the box.
sierra dTruck needs alignment. Pulls to the left pretty bad. I do not like the do it yourself check of the vehicle using the app. I like a human seeing the same things I see.

Catherine FFrom what I understand, the standalone centers do not have anything to do with maintenance or cleaning. So it is not Auto Dallas's fault. The U-Haul service center was supposed to clean the vehicle before they rented it back out. The staff at Auto Dallas was very accommodating and took the time to walk me through the process step by step. I had to take time to sweep and disinfect the back of the U-Haul due to the presence of dirt and animal droppings that was probably left there from the previous renter.
