Pickup location and drop off location were very helpful. Great experience with both locations!
Angela MWe dropped off our U-Haul on time with extra gas and fewer than the minimum miles and were charged an extra day. I've called twice already to try to get it credited back. The app would not let us check the truck in remotely because it couldn't take a clear picture of the odometer, but we dropped it off and put the keys in the box on time as instructed.

Katerin Vdon’t rent here. they need to fully explain to customers how to return trucks. they charged me an extra day after being told the only thing I needed to do was drop the key in the box.
