The inside of the van was not fully swept out when we picked it up, there were small bits of debris and a loose screw. The trucks are also parked so closely together that you can't take the pictures the app wants you to take prior to driving the truck (can get front and back but not the sides). But the staff at this location was absolutely wonderful at pickup, and their key drop-off is in a convenient and well labeled spot.
