The uhaul facility was at a run down mechanic garage that stored tires - the office was ramshackle and return procedures unknown - when I got there at 6:10 in the evening there was no one there and no information available about what to do. However the price was reasonable. This location is not one of uhauls prizes. I won't use it again.JAMES S.

The owner at this drop off location was rude and clearly doesn't care about uhaul business. Acted like we were an inconvenience. No signs posted and not clear it even was a drop off. Office was so dirty, didn't even want to touch the door.ERIC D.

Improve on inspecting and repairing vehicles when they are returned. I picked up a vehicle on 4/16 around 3:30 pm with 1/4 tank of gas. After filling truck with gas and going to load truck to get I stopped at a Walgreens. At 7:15 pm the truck broke down at it was 1:00 am before I could leave Walgreens. The truck needed an alternator installed and some wiring repaired. I was unable to get on the road on until 10:00 am 4/17.DONNA M.

For starters, answer the phone. I called for two days before I reached someone at 2pm then was told all trucks were â€œgone for the dayâ€. However hours later when I showed up there was a truck and the guy behind the glass kept tell me â€œI don't know about packingâ€. I had placed my reservation online while on the way to the location yet the total he gave me did not match bc he had added insurance so I asked him to confirm that I had the truck for 24 hrs to which he replied â€œwhatever you selected is what you haveâ€. Ironic seeing how I didn't put insurance on my order. I was in a rush so I did not check the paper, so a few hours later I received a text saying the truck was due back at 5:00 am!!!! When I arrived at 1:00 am the link to turn in the truck would not find my location so I went directly to the website which said â€œtemporary delay due to high volumeâ€. Of course the next day I was unable to reach someone at the shop via phone but it appears that my card was charged the correct amount but this location should absolutely not be in business nor should the one on 13124 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33612. They also do not answer their phone and the worker actually told me that he â€œdidn't know the size of the trucksâ€ when I pulled up and asked if they had any 15in ones. He then told me the system was down, went and pulled the gate to the shop down while I was standing there, got in his car and drove off as if I wasn't even there! What happened on Nebraska is why I tried online again and went ahead and booked the location on 22nd for the of chance that they had one even though they told me earlier in the day they didn't.angelica G.

I reserved at N Florida Avenue location. However, U-Haul changed the pick up location and never notified us. We found out from the N Florida Avenue location after standing in line for 20 minutes that our truck needed to be picked up from N 22nd Street.Mark M.

This location needs to be remodeled. Parking is very limited and uncomfortable. However, workers are professional , helpful and friendly.Rosia W.
Nothing worked in the office. Check in took FORW+EVER, but the operation had just been approved and the computer systems were not syncing correctly. Overall check in took over 40 minutes, but would use this location again if need be in the future. Hopefully everything will get worked out for new manager.williams R.
